Amazing aircraft can't wait to fly it. I am even more amazed that Just Flight listened to their fans and actually lowered the price of the aircraft. I would be bought it regardless at the original price stated, but I guess this is a great thing to occur.
This 146 was my first payware aircraft purchase ever. The original price was a bit steep. But when I saw the price drop I decided to get it. That was definitely a deciding factor for me.
@JustFilght, Your engine start model is not very realistic. I've worked as part of the 146/RJ flight testing and 146/RJ full flight simulators and the EGT's on start-up rise much quicker and peak higher in the real aircraft. As an example, take a look at ua-cam.com/video/VF0NGhTR1-c/v-deo.html engine 4 start at the 1:10 mark, this is a typical characteristic of a normal 'cold' start. Hot starts can peak at the red bug on the TGT gauge. You get a hot core as the fuel is added, until N1/N2 spools up to give airflow through the core, which then brings it down as the engine reaches ground idle. If you don't get the airflow, that's when you get a hot or hung start.
90% is nothing to do with starting the engines. Also he often shows shots of the panels showing many switches and not clear which ones he is talking about. There are much better tutorials out there
I wish he would speak in a clear voice and also he didn't explain the clickspot for the engine settings. He just clicked on it without saying one single word. And some more failures. Bad tutorial!
The 146 is again on my shopping list. So glad JustFlight reconsidered the pricing. I really wasn't looking forward to waiting many months for a sale.
my first payware was the 146 on fsx it was beautiful and I have the xp11 version too can't wait to complete the collection with msfs once it releases

Cool. I used to fly years ago for WestAir Airlines based out of Fresno, CA. Our 121 operation flew these planes as a United Express operator.

No matter how many times I try, the tgt gauge never rises while n1 and n2 do, what am I possibly missing?
Can you tell me where i can find the tgt temp?
How do you know what TGT temp do you have to dial in?
Will this be available in the marketplace in game?
At 4:39 it says click the clipboard to autoset the engine dial Temps. I do that and nothing happens.
The last thing before JF takes my money: show me the FMC!! once you show me the fmc, my whole pocket of money is yours

The Cockpit graphics are not the best, and FMC seems not to be functional .
