The area is called the V&A Waterfront. The shopping mall is called Victoria Wharf, and is only a part of the Waterfront. There is plenty to see, and best to visit on weekends... and preferably earlier in the evening.

It doesn't look Europe to me, it looks exactly like South Africa because it is. As a South African I'm not fully impressed with Cape Town because I think it could be better, with some more skyscrapers, proper skyscrapers.
