Could do a "Reverse Norse Invasion" as King Athelstan and Conquer the North Sea Empire.
You can also start as this dynasty in 867 and form it from there. That was a really fun campaign.

For Friends and Foes, It says in dev diary 106 its not just 100 events, but they consider multi-stage chains of events to be a single "event" so its probably way more than 100 alone. That seems to have caused some confusion.
ahhh, that makes more sense! but even still i wasnt exactly super thrilled about an events dlc, but after having it, its a really great addition to the game!
Yeah Reddit really tried to spread some misinformation about it. The dlc is really solid

There is a goldmine located right next to your counties, could have gone for that early on imo. Would solve all the gold problems
Hey Snap, one helpful tip for a situation like 10:18 when you allies not coming with you. The AI calculate how long you need to face the enemy army. so what you do is control right klick on a space (in this situation for example on the left and then again on your space on the right (looks like a loop then) you can repeat this more times if your allies are more far away and then forward (down) to the enemy, the allied AI calculate the time it needs for you to arrive at the eneym army and hops in when you are about to move into the army.

do you know what the mod is called in the steam workshop? "Friends and foes" doesn't come up with anything

I like it more when you role play and create a sort of narrative or timeline. That being said i did enjoy this video, just thought i'd point it out because i specifically like it a lot when you do that.
I liked Thankmar a bunch in CK2. He had special events to convert back to paganism if he won the kingdom
I think starting as Canute the Great in 1018 could be a fun one, or maybe the last Merovingian in 769, reforming the kingdoms of neustria and austrasia

I need some assistance. I spent my entire first character's life building the HRE. I accomplished it at 107, I have 4 children of age, none disinherited, all of my dynasty. My character outlived his heir (Chad) but now my game says I have no heir and my game will be over when I die.
Any help is appreciated, I want to keep this empire together. One life, Holy roman empire was very hard, I don't want to lose it over something dumb
Dont woryr if you declare war on a perso with the same ally as yours, you have the funny ability to pause time and reality to call the ally in first

Hölds tö mutch land. Decides tö give away Aachen with the imperial palace and Göttingen with the +5 göld göldmine. Höw are u sö bad at this game? This game is sörediculöusly easy, which makes it böring. Despite this u manage tö fail at every cörner.

@@marbleherogaming735 I mean no disrespect to you or Snap but he's right. I don't know if he actually had a brain fart or had no idea that Aachen was the unofficial capital of the HRE and actually has the palace as a very crucial special building in the game that he could have later moved his capital to, and that goldmine could have made his life so much easier. I swear this guy just purposely handicaps himself for no reason. Plus that war in Italy was an absolute pain to watch I honestly cannot count the sheer amount of times he just goes and rushes wars in his playthroughs, bypassing forts taking a whole bunch of attrition, which eats at his men-at-arms and that coupled with the fact that he either rushes straight in to battle or gets ambushed from the shadows with no allies around because he plays at five speed makes him get destroyed in battle making him have to wait to replenish his troops. Which sometimes he doesn't even do that, all the while the AI is just taking back all the stuff he sieged. It's obvious he's just trying to end the war as soon as possible and in a quick manner, but the way he plays makes it take twice as long.
Sorry for the rant but I really enjoy watching CK3 content and I really do like his videos, but it is just so annoying to watch him sometimes because he just makes it so much harder than it needs to be for himself.

@@KingAlton9403 If he did it for entertainment or roleplay reasons then it would have been perfectly fine, but man so many of his actions makes him seem like the usual crappy AI created by paradox themselves.
