I don't think that non-monstorous zoras showing up in Echos of Wisdom is evidence against a downfall timeline placement as we've already seen both types of zoras coexist in Oracle of Ages.

Yeah, I'm sorry for the misinformation. I just got hyped up that day seeing the two types coexist with each other. But don't worry! I'm currently working on a video going more in depth on certain details regarding how this game will affect the timeline, and I will make sure to not rush through production like how I did this video.

So for timeline placement if its fallen timeline as indicated with first impressions then its at some point between the end of Link's awakening and the Zelda II backstory. I can think of two possible points that it could take place first is the sealing of Ganon and dividing of the Triforce second is why the Master sword and Ganon's trident are missing in Zelda I. If its not the fallen timeline then we may have another unmarked timeline split again wouldn't be the first time also wouldn't be the second time.
Also that volcano is NOT Death mountain as its in the wrong location Death mountain would be the snowy mountain to the right a LOT of people are making that same mistake. When I saw that volcano tho my first thought was I WAS RIGHT because I've been saying that there was a mountain there for a while and then a new game trailer comes out and BOOM there's a mountain there consistent Zelda map CONFIRMED!

I'll have to keep this in mind for my future timeline video I am hoping to work on. For the death mountain scenario, I do know that Death Mountain in A Link to the Past would be the one on the right, but I am also thinking that this isn't exactly the same Hyrule from that game. Most of the areas shown in the trailer didn't look familiar to me after playing A Link to the Past, so I am almost wondering if the volcano might actually be Death Mountain, and the other group of mountains might be something different. Of course, I am completely wrong if this Hyrule is the same from A Link to the Past, but I am trying not to assume that right away.

@@ganonfan Well a tip for your next timeline video your going to need to rebuild the timeline from the ground up in order to have a descent timeline as the official timeline is wrong. As for the map the cliff at the start is south of the boundaries of A link to the past Hyrule the volcano is also outside those boundaries so your not going to recognize most of the locations from the trailer. Now the reason I'm not 100% positive that this is fallen timeline is the ruins I'll need to do more research into them to know for sure.

@@darkdagger5237 I actually have rebuilt the timeline a while ago based on my own research, I just haven't presented it on youtube yet. I also need to do a bit more research on the Zonai pillars seen in the trailer, but they will actually help make placing this in my timeline way easier. Thanks for the tip though!

@@ganonfan Looking forward to your timeline video then. As for those ruins none of them look Zonai however I do agree that they will be important for figuring out the timeline placement. Its also worth noting that Oracle technically has a timeline split its just not usually worth bringing up but its worth considering here.
I say technically because how it effects the timeline as a whole is still unclear.
