The last real chance to get them was when covid happened which shuttered the last couple local arcades still remaining and they wanted to sell off all their machines. Now arcades are starting to open back up again and most of them are going with Pump It Up or StepmaniaX machines so I'd guess that a lot of older ITG/DDR machines made their final resting place either with private collectors or rotting in landfills at this point.
