If you watched my video you'll see what I did to prevent that. It was comments from people like yourself that led me to install it the way I did to hopefully avoid the problem you and others have had. Thanks for watching and commenting...
That looks like a really useful mod Todd. Im in the UK so have looked on their site and shipping is £4.99 to me so total price is £26.99 so worth a shot. I really like the way you added the adhesive and now Ive seen what you have done, I have the opportunity to add the adhesive when I stick the whole thing down and squeeze the added adhesive out the end. Great idea, and you have only cost me £27 🤣. Temp here is around 10deg C so I have already had a few rides this year. Ride safe
Good job, very thorough. That thing is not going anywhere, like many jobs the prep work is key! I have one and am thinking of trying to paint it gauntet gray like my bike, then using a Willie G stencil to paint a little design on it... We'll see. Thanks for the video.
The fender extension is still in place and doing a great job after more than 1,000 miles of riding. I'm very happy that I decided to use the adhesive as an added layer of protection.
@@ToddsProjectsandOutdoorJournal Brilliant thank you. I am just about to upload my video of installing the extension on my bike & have referenced your video & channel in my video, hope thats ok.
Looks like another practical add on. Looking forward to seeing what you add next.
I had one, but not for long. If you only use the stickers it will come of….got my money back, good service.
Mine came off with rain. Got my money back, good service.

Thanks for watching and good luck on the mods to your extender...
I did the prep work on mine, very carefully, and it still fell off!. However some people’s stay on, so good luck with yours.
That's why I used all that construction Adhesive. There's no way mine will be coming off. Thanks for watching and commenting...safe riding.
It would be nice if they made it in gloss black to match the fender
Where there are no stickers , I would apply clear outdoor silicone, for a little bit of insurance.
How is the extend working Todd? is it still stuck on. I am yet to fit mine
