    First, I thought of an impro as a demo. The applauses spoke of a congress of some sort, not of a mass.
    Actually, the organist is playing the Passacaglia in d minor by Max Reger, a composer you’d seldom hear in France (too dark, in a way).
    The scariest part comes from ignorance, here. The title above should also mention the “scary” sound recording, including the visitors comments.

      Not this one ! This organ is now mute and to be renovated, at last.
      You’re mistaken with the fabulous four manuals Cavaillé-Coll organ at Saint-Ouen Abbey, a few blocks away from this cathedral.

      It sounds like Max Reger Passacaglia in D minor?
