Sorry for the delay! Well, Chef Jenn, not a bad recipe. I can see myself making these. These are an alternative to just standard mashed potatoes. Potatoes are a carb that I should stay away from, but I don’t. I enjoy them, especially French fries. This recipe couldn’t be more simple than it already is. Huge plus. This kind of reminds me of oven-roasted potatoes, which I love. Is it possible to put these into the air fryer? I will have to keep this recipe in mind the next time I am making some form of regular potatoes. I can, without a doubt, say that this recipe is a good one because it’s a smash (LOL!!!!). I won’t quit my day job! BTW- I got the joke and I laughed (naughty, naughty Mrs. Mallory). Keep ‘em coming! You are supreme! Peace.
