Emperor Belos (A.K.A Philip Wittebane) needed at least an honorable mention

I would say Mr. Freeze's death was more tragic as after what he went through both after getting his body back, and the aftermath including Terry still trying to save him, and Victor's parting words before sealing himself in the room with a freeze blast to be destroyed was "Believe me you're the only one that cared."
He's death wasn't satisfying. It was emotional Victor freeze did something heroic.
Agreed, Mr Freeze was more of a tragic death. He only turned on Derek Powers and Dr. Stephanie Lake when they tried to kill him after his clone body started to revert to his cryo-damaged state. They were going to disect him to biopsy his organs...the only satisfying death from that episode was Dr. Stephanie Lakes, when Freeze froze her in an ice coffin, basically. Suited her cold demeanor when she tried to murder Fries for diesection.
Yeah, saddest moments of Mr. Freeze from Batman Beyond and Harley Quinn saving the new Batman and saving his wife by sacrifice himself to save his wife from death. Low blow Watchmojo low blow right there.
It's satisfying in the sense that it was a worthy send-off for him.
@@Destiny87Nah stop defending it
What I love about Bill Cipher’s death is that his own arrogance did him in. Had he checked Stan’s hand, he would have noticed he only had five finger’s instead of Ford’s six. As Ronald Reagan once said, “trust but verify”.
Roman reigns 😢
Yeah Stan Pins will do anything to save his family from a Choas God that frightens them. Good choice to wipe his memories until his memories got back after defeating Bill Cipher.
Oh yes it is nice detail that Stan/the real Ford has at 17:40 6 fingers on his right hand.
@@chara4422 yep
Good philosophy, terrible president though!
For me personally, Carmilla's death in Castlevania was the most satisfying death in a cartoon. Granted she ends up taking her own life but it still felt good to see her go.
Yeah I didn't find Dracula's death satisfying at all
I hated Draculas death that I felt was the weakest element for a show called Castlevania they barely gave us any good moments with Dracula with the way they hyped her you'd have thought it was the Carmilla show
@@DanielGonzalez-vo5niDracula had the best moments wdym
As far as Castlevania is concerned, Dracula’s death was not really satisfying, just saddening. The death of the bishop was far more satisfying.
This was pointed out on the Top 10 list too but it seems to have fallen on deaf ears.
He may have been a villain, but Silco was proof that even 'monsters' can have heart. Especially, to the ones they love.
I miss Silco. He was one of the very few memorable villains. Even his background made him and his actions and planings understandable.
Bro was barely a villain. A terrorist yes. A bad guy? Maybe

Aku's death is the moment we waited years to see.
Rko outta nowhere
You weren't alone.
You said it.
So we're not going to talk about how she said numbers 2 for aku instead of number 1
you mean decades lol
It's been mentioned already, but Emporer Belos of The Owl House deserved at least an honorable mention.
Next list
I was expecting Belos from the owl house to appear in the video, his death is really satisfying to watch in the series finale
Roman reigns vs
That cartoon sucked anways
Same as The Core from Amphibia
Seriously, Bill Cipher was one of the most powerful cartoon characters we’ve ever seen.
I'd argue that he's also one of the most irredeemable and evil: the show's expanded universe reveals some truly horrific things about him. Research them yourself if you want.
eh- simon was definitely for me
he had the power but he had so much power he didnt know how to use it
Obligatory "Most powerful outside of Japan or non-animated eldrich things." while pointing at 40k and Demonbane and Techni Muyo and so forth.
@@SephirothRyu what
I think Starscream in Transformers Animated should be here. He's the whole reason the conflict came to Earth, and he caused so many problems for the team, so him dying completely out of his control by losing his immortality was the best way possible for him to go. If the Autobots had to lose their no. 2, so do the Decepticons.
Up there would be Megatron from Transformers Prime, getting impaled by a weapon that's pretty much the Cybertronian equivalent of Excalibur, but also the blow was done by Bumblebee who Megatron has pretty much screwed over in the Aligned continuity. Ripping his voice box and blasting him with a turret during the Fall of Cybertron, possessing him due to an attempt by the Autobots to save Optimus from a plague to almost killing Raf and Optimus, Bee was not having it anymore. While the death doesn't stick for long, that had to be one of the most brutal ways to die.
Also this isn't the first time a Megatron dies by a sword into the spark, look at the final fight of Transformers Cybertron(sure that was Galvatron but still XD).
@@richardquinata76 okay, that's even better. Particularly what happens after he gets revived.
@@metarcee2483 I think what also hammers the death in was Bumblebee getting his voice back, it's pretty much the last thing Megatron hears before he goes offline, slides off the Star Saber, then falls into Earth's orbit and burning up on entry.
@@richardquinata76 100% agree! I had to do laps after that because it was just that satisfying

Simon's death is more tragic than satisfying. He spent years following Grace wherever she went and then she suddenly betrays everything they've built. He's understandably upset, even if his ideals are twisted. Simon's death is just as much Grace's fault as it is his own.
I think she also felt responsible for what he had become, and if you look at their history together, I think you'll find that hard to argue with.
Thinking same thing 😢
WatchMojo seems to be neglecting the fact that Satan was actually a pretty good guy in South Park, making his death more sadly touching than satisfying.
Same with Mr. Freeze; they threw in a couple redemption arcs into there. They were tragic, yet they died being badasses, so that's a plus.
It's satisfying because he got a good ending.
I mean him ended up in heaven is a satisfying ending to me.
Just in a sense of "good guy get good ending" satisfaction. Same like mr freeze.
Ironically him putting others before himself is what got him back to heaven. It took eons but he earned his ticket home. 😮
Don't forget Mr. Freeze, Silco and Dracula
Have you ever noticed just how many bottomless pits for people to fall into exist in the animated universe?

My thought is it's supposed to be the hole/grave they dug themselves.
Yeah , who digging them ?
Not enough, at least as far as Disney movies post Wreck-It Ralph go. (King Runeard did fall but that's about it)
This needs a part 2. There's way more satisfying deaths than just these. Ch'Rell (Utrom Shredder) from the 2003 TMNT Series is one of them.
Roman reigns vs
Super Shredder in TMNT 2012 was Overrated. Besides, no one expected the 2003 Shredder being an Utrom, which was a great twist, and his multiple deaths were a lot more Satisfying than Mojo thinks.
Emperor Belos, too.

@@SnakeRoadComicsOfficial3677 I'd like to forget "Turtles Forever," as it was terribly disrespectful of the 1987 Turtles (and not just because they couldn't get the original voice actors). The 2012 series had much better crossovers with them.

P’li’s death in LOK was WAY more gruesome than the Earth Queen. Ole girl got her head blown off
Because they actually show what happened to Earth Queen. We didn't actually see P'Li death.
It's funny how you can show characters dying in horrible ways as long as you don't show blood.
Besides, the gruesomeness doesn't matter. The deaths are ranked by how satisfying they were, and the Earth Queen was actually a bigger hate sink than anyone in the Red Lotus.
The death of the Bishop (Netflix Castlevania) was very cathartic and well deserved.
Also, you know you've done some real evil when even a literal demon from Hell shows contempt for what you did.
Bro, the demon also more catholic than him
Plus that demon was also very polite while speaking with the bishop. Which is something I noticed a lot of the blue glowing night beasts that talked were. I feel Hector low key liked his beasties being good bois
I wouldn’t say contempt, but more like admiration (which, coming from a literal demon, is very bad!).
I fucking pumped my fist in the air during that exchange:
*Blue Fangs:* God is _not_ here. This is an empty box.
*Bishop:* God is in all His churches.
*Blue Fangs:* Your God's love is not unconditional. He does not love us. And He does not love _you_ .
*Bishop:* I have done His bidding. My life's work is in His name!
*Blue Fangs:* Your life's work... makes Him _puke_ .
@@MURPHYCHACHO Man, I love that part. A literal demon from Hell tells a bishop _to his face_ that his life's work utterly disgusts the very God he "serves".

Something WatchMojo forgot to acknowledge about Zhan Tiri from the Tangled Series is that one of biggest reasons her demise was (and still is) so satisfying to watch is because throughout the third and final season, that demon had constantly manipulated Cassandra into doing her dirty work for her. In the 1st and 2nd seasons, viewers of the show likely despised the ancient demon for obvious reasons; but needless to say, fans' hatred towards Zhan Tiri skyrocketed during the 3rd season (myself included).
The really sad part about Samurai Jack's ending was that because Aku got killed in the past, Jack's love interest also disappeared because she was born after Jack was sent to the future.
Right? Had a Guren Lagann feel about it….that “the guys love interest ceases to exist because the bad guy got defeated” feel….and if you dont know what I mean, watch or look up the anime Guren Lagann
@@AdamAddictL Yeah, it was really really sad to see her disappear. Welp, at least they got married right before her disappearance
@@foofoo3344And then the battle through time game fixed all of that with the true ending being Jack and Ashe getting married for real.
The Nowhere King from Centaurworld should've made this list. Heartbreaking, harrowing and totally justified. I did NOT see that coming from a show that looks like Centaurworld on the surface.
I was thinking the same thing. I remembered watching that with my 8 year old and being totally caught off guard.
That show does not get enough credit!
Just the way he became his own worst enemy and everyone else's makes him qualified.
As for Simon's death. While I hate Simon and didn’t feel bad for his death I wouldn’t call his desth satisfying either He did terrible things while on the train, but had enough sense of mind to be conflicted about his actions, even as he almost kills Grace. Throughout the book, we see that he was a scared little boy who was abandoned by the Cat and was almost killed by a Ghom and in the end, he's unable to let go of his trauma and hurt. His choices, despite the guilt he felt, ultimately led to his death.
The Worst part is Simon originally got the idea of "increasing numbers = getting stronger" from Grace. And because of this misguided belief, Simon murdered denizens of the train (most notably Tuba) and committed other atrocities just to keep his number growing and become "stronger". Yes Simon is fully responsible for his own decisions and denial, but Grace still ultimately had a hand in his descent into madness and villainy. In other words, if Grace had just admitted to not knowing what the numbers meant instead of pretending she knew what she was doing all those years ago, the events of Book 3 (and some events of Book 2) would’ve never happened.
Satan’s death felt more sadder than satisfying tbh

I’d say that Pong Krell’s death in Clone Wars was more satisfying than Maul’s in Rebels
You can't compare a story that was years in the making it to a four episode arc. One of the best villains in film versus a villain of the week.
Agreed. Maul's death was bittersweet, because he was as much a victim of Palpatine as anyone. Pong Krell on the other hand was completely irredeemable with no understandable reason behind any of his actions - he was just a bigoted monster.
Yeah Maul’s death felt very tragic and you could sympathize with him in that moment, while Krell’s death was more cathartic because of how unsympathetic he was.
@@BlindJediMaul was a one-man cockroach infestation, but Krell caused one of the most devastating story arcs in Clone Wars. Maul’s death was satisfying because they finally put the character to bed for good, but Krell’s death was one I was eagerly anticipating.
Yes, fr Pong Krell is a straight-up asshole of a rogue Jedi.
I agree with the placement for Aku. I was a kid when it stopped first. And as an early adult, I couldn’t believe I was thoroughly enjoying what I watched when I was a child. 16 years. Damn.
Megatron's death in Transformers Prime. Just seeing Bumblebee rise from the Energon with his first vocal words of the entire series as the spark slowly exits Megatron. Everyone's reaction was so amazing. Optimus with a tiny bit of remorse for his comrade. Starscream in utter shock and horror. So very satisfying.
Surprised the Egyptian Queen from Primal wasn't on this list. She at least deserves an honorable mention.
Her death would've been better if it was Fang who crippled her and then allowed her babies to eat her.
I'm glad someone said it before me they sorely discredit Primal sometimes.
Belos (The Owl House) should be here!
Roman reigns
Now Zhan Tiri's death was glorious, I mean the fact she didn't realize that by wielding both the Sundrop and Moonstone it would lead to her demise.
You forgot Pong Krell from the clone wars

At least they included the Grand Inquisitor.
Simon's death was written as a tragedy. It really WAS tragic that he died haunted by his demons and was unable to get the help he needed or accept the help that was offered. It's more sad that it happened than satisfying. Even Grace cried over her traumatized friend's death.
Simon killed an innocent purple gorilla with trumpets and attempted to kill Grace, why are tragedy that was supposed to happen was completely thrown out the window. Simon doesn't deserve any help if he's not willing to accept the help from those who are deems as friends. If anything his death was actually satisfying and he deserves to die the way he did. Don't try to make an unsympathetic bastard like Simon sympathetic when he doesn't deserve any.
Yeah i feel sorry for Simon. It is the train that turned him into a monster. He was a innocent kid before he came there
@@majorfanboy2005 He didnt want to accept the truth Ameila and Grace was telling him the only one trying to help him to his favor was the cat Samantha.
@@ericbooth5879 That doesn't make him tragic.
💀💀💀 his death though
1:31 I think what the Grand Inquistor meant is it's better fall to death on a reactor core than being brutally tortured by Darth Vader.
P'li's death easily eclipses the Earth Queen's in terms of gruesomeness. Yeah the Queen had all the air sucked from her lungs. But P'li's entire head exploded from her own powers when Suyin closed a metal vest around her skull. Her head literally popped like a melon.
But they actually show what happened to Earth Queen. P'Li is more brutal, but they didn't show it in the last second because they can't show blood in.
The Earth Queen was like a Feudal Lord in Naruto universe or a Celestial Dragon in One Piece, self-centred, selfish and egoistic til the end.

I miss Justice League, it had great writing.
Just commenting on the thumbnail for now but honestly I found Simon's death to be more tragic than satisfying. Like he was ultimately just a scared kid and his life on the train was pretty much all he knew. Like in the end, he *did* deserve it for refusing to change and see things differently, but still, it's just one of those deaths where you just gotta wonder what could've been had anything happened differently.
God I'm mad Infinity Train got canned.
I feel the same way about the show.
Can we talk about how that Aquaman one is so incredibly similar to the famous ''Long Live The King'' scene from The Lion King, even down to some of the camera angles coming pretty close to the 1994 Disney classic.
What was also satisfying about Bill Cypher's death is what Stan said to Bill before he punched him to death: "Hey look at me. Turn around & look at me you one eyed demon! Your a real wise guy, but you made one fatal mistake: You messed with my family!" Such words would make even Scrooge McDuck & Dominic Torreto proud.

Lor-Zod from Young Justice deserves an honorable mention. His own ignorance and arrogance was his undoing.
I'm surprised that you didn't include Belos from The Owl House on this list. He tricked and killed innocent demons and witches with a toxic system that's comprised of favoritism and prejudice. All just so he could fulfill his delusions of grandeur. It was so satisfying to see King, Eda and Raine stomp him to a pulp!
And he was a product of his time that refused to change. In his day and age Phillip would’ve been a hero, but in the boiling isles and in the modern world, he’s a villain.

Of course I think Simon from IT should've been higher just for sheer brutality and how much he deserved it, but a lot of the top ones are iconic so I can't complain.
X.A.N.A. from Code Lyoko could have been an honorable mention as his demise was also satisfying.
He tried to kill our protagonists and the other residents of Kadic Academy multiple times throughout the series, with Franz Hopper being the only casualty by him, leaving Aelita without a father.
He also took control of William to destroy Lyoko's core at the end of season 3 and used him as his puppet throughout season 4.
And last but not least he infected other supercomputers in other regions in his goal to exterminate humanity to conquer the earth.
Glad I’m not the only code lyoko fan on this comment section I totally agree with you there don’t forget X.A.N.A. tried killing Aelita all through out of season two until he successfully temporarily kills her by stealing her memory and basically leaves Aelita as a brain dead vegetable in sector 5 just for a few seconds till well you know her father revived her then constantly trying to throw her into digital sea by using William as a pawn to kill Franz Hopper this is just another one of the numerous reasons XANAs death was that much more satisfying

I really wouldn’t say the Silico, Satan, Mr. Freeze, and Dracula to be satisfying deaths, Silico isn’t really an terrible person he does some pretty messed up things, but he was at his evilest in the prologue, the wrath of Jynx arc gave him quite a bit of development making his death fairly sad, Satan wasn’t even a big villain, he had a redemption arc that was the movie and after that he was a constant ally for the heroes making his death fairly sad, the DCAU was literally the reason why we have the current Mr. Freeze his death is one of the saddest things ever and is no where near satisfying, Dracula was really fleshed out the the Castlevannia anime his death was pretty sad, with him being redeemed in the end, finally Maul did not deserve number 2 he was put through so much in clone wars, yes his death was satisfying, but more in the way that his suffering is over and he died like his brothers and sisters a warrior, and one of the best characters in the series.
“Satisfying” not just in the sense of “villain gets their comeuppance”.
It can also mean a touching character we can empathize with going out beautifully. Giving someone we like and feel for a good send-off is “satisfying” too.
God, I LOVED Old Ben vs Maul. So short but so well-done.

The deaths of Simon, Freeze and Terra were more tragic than they were satisfying
The Core in Amphibia would have made a great entry here too. But sadly, while it was satisfying, it would also be one of the most tragic because of what it entailed to destroy The Core once and for all.
Great list

While I agree with this list for the most part, Emperor Belos from Owl House deserved at least an honorable mention. Murdering his own brother out of some twisted jealousy and hatred towards witches, manipulating the Boiling Isles for centuries, including a star god child known as the Collector, and the hero on multiple occasions, and plotting to commit mass genocide as he leaves to go back to the human realm, him being stomped to death after trying to manipulate the hero again to save himself only to see that manipulation fail was amazingly satisfying.
I would count Lor-Zod's death from young justice
Darth Maul's death was sad but Pong Krell deserves to be on the list, because he hates clones, he betrays the Republic, and finally kills Waxer.
The only mistake of this list is that you said "#2 instead of #1 for Aku's position on the list.
As much as I enjoyed this video, I believe there are several more out there that would have made the list or at least made an honorable mention. Considering this is only a couple of days old, I can think of several (The Owl House, Amphibia, Troll Hunters, Scooby-Doo, etc...) What about belos from the owl house?

Thanks for adding Super Shredder to this list. It's kind of funny to see that on here too, I just finished rewatching that show on digital because it had been a while so I figured what the heck. Also thanks for adding Bill Cipher. My two favorite animated villain deaths are now finally in one video together.
Infinity train should get more seasons! It's to good!
It's actually pretty strongly implied that Bill cipher survived what happened to him in the finale of Gravity Falls.
I like that while most of us would expect just characters that deseerved it, that more sentimental deaths are also here.
"number 2 Aku, Samurai Jack" For the number one spot
Yeah I caught that that was weird
Oh come on, Phillip Wittlebane from The Owl House NEEDED to be on this list! He murdered his brother along with all the past Grimwalkers, along with countless others, he had the Boiling Isles under his tyrannical rule for decades, destroyed so many Palismen (Flapjack being the most notable one), HE TRIED TO COMMIT COMPLETE GENOCIDE ON THE PEOPLE OF THE BOILING ISLES. His death is beyond satisfying because Luz, the person he destroyed when he managed to absorb the heart of the Titan and believed himself invincible, was gifted the Titan’s power and she whooped his ass. And then what do you know, he’s stomped out by 2 witches and the child of the Titan. Phillip’s death was the most satisfying in a very very long time, put some respect on his name as a villain.

So sad about Freeze. He's a tragic character. Really. He wanted to cure his wife, then accident happens and..we know. Dracula's death is satisfying. And sad Bill Cypher got what he deserves. Simon is disgusting. Maul's death is sad and fitting. He was a victim too.. Long long rivarly with Obi-Wan.Aku's death is extremely satisfying. Great list :)
Thank For the Video 🙊🤯🥰😍😁💗👍😍💐🌟🥇🏆
Mr Freeze's death: *horribly sad and tragic*

Same here.
This was definitely the best death, eventhough Maze's death was glorious
The 2000s animated version of Slade Joseph Wilson deserve to be killed by a teenage metahuman who was a traitor, but she died like a hero and a Teen Titan.
ROMAN REIGNS
Actually it was Peter who killed Stewie.
Peter: It's just been revoked.
Brian: Uh, Peter, he didn't really set you up for that Lethal Weapon line. It doesn't really work here.
Peter: Oh. [thinks of another one] I'll have what she's having.
Brian: That's...better?
P.S. I’m also pissed Starscream was never mentioned. His death was truly tragic in the Armada Series. He was born the villain we hated but died the hero we needed. If you guys mentioned Castlevania’s Dracula who died realizing his mistakes, Mr. Freeze who died to save Terry and Silco who died proving he loved Jynx on a list you guy stated was “a well deserved deaths list” then Starscream was definitely fair game.
you said number 2 instead of saying number 1.
