I watched the video in the Manchester Evening Standard, she laid a hand on the cop's shoulder and tried to implore him to stop being so rough on her son, (Both were drunk..) the cop jumped (He was a heavyset bloke) and then he punched her 1,2,! and knocked her down to the ground then he resumed attacking her son and ignored her completely after that. She got a black eye and bruised face. Basicly the cop punched her because she laid a hand on his shoulder. He should be sacked immediately IMHO and she should definitely be compensated.

Police need training on auditing and the law. Surely they can see how the public are responding to these interactions and it’s not good for police the public will turn on you. There response is always inevitable always bad 90%. My mothers advice was to up end and spank their behinds with a shoe. They will not want or be able to parade as a victim of male abuse.
