I had to study this for awhile to understand it. The 'phasor~' object runs from 0 to 1.0. It can be set to any number between 0 and 1.0 by setting the right(cold) inlet to a number between 0 and 1.0. The 'phasor~' will then start at that location in the array, play from there, and continue its looping. The 'metro' object determines how often the phase will be reset and the 'random' object picks a number between 0 and 1.0. The jitter determines a range around the playhead location and the 'clip' object keeps the randomization within a range. I hope this helps someone else.

This is really inspiring, thank you so much for sharing!
neat
This is fantastic!
really wonderfull
That is amazing! You should make a track with that ambient feeling :)
Put a small vline~ on it, so it wont click.
Or replace phasor~ with vline~ entirely.
I don't know, I quite like the clicks. They make it sound nice and glitchy.
Lush mate
love the sounds! do you have any compositions available? :)
Where did you get that sound from? Is it some custom VST software, FL studio? sounds nice!
Korg MS20 synth with a reverb impulse thrown on..
Cool! something so simple would sound so ambient.
cool! something so simple would make something so atmospheric
Do you have the recorded sample? If you don't that's fine.
Would be willing to share a download link for the patch?
Matthew Campbell a bit late but manually copy the patch it's good to learn from
