I'm Daniela I have been diagnosed with several chronic illnesses. I look normal, I do things, have a job and go on vacations, but inside I'm sick. I live with several chronic illnesses and they affect my daily life. I am in constant pain and struggle with brain fog. Although I'm constantly looking for new doctors, new treatments and solutions I have also accepted my illnesses and do not let them define me. In this channel, I share a little bit of everything. @@tt_looking_glass I was just doing some research that I wanted to share with you. Have you tried low-dose naltrexone for fibromyalgia? Apparently it's a miracle cure. I'm going to call my doctor tomorrow and see if I can try it.
Thanks for sharing that info! I've actually been taking low-dose naltrexone (LDN) for over 10 years now, and I don't know where I'd be without it-probably in a wheelchair. One think I keep trying to work on is not to waste my precious time. Do things you love even if requires a bit of effort. Don’t leave it for tomorrow!
Another one is not to expect from people to behave like I would. Expectations make a huge difference in how we see and enjoy moments.
That's such great advice! Not wasting precious time and doing things you love, is something many take too long to learn. And you're absolutely right about expectations-letting go of expecting others to behave is liberating. WE can't control others, only how we react to others. Thanks for sharing these insights!
