This song accentuated that scene so well. So much tranquility and yet so much tension, like a tug'o'war between life and death, a purgatory of sorts...
Personally I think the twist is gonna be that there's no album, and after they release like 40 singles, the fans are tasked with having to assemble them all based on track transitions to get a full album. If you post the correct order you get a code to preorder the vinyl, but it's a 600$ 20×7"LP set, and thus begins the late but still unwelcome Gorillazification of Radiohead.

I agree with you on some bits he does things he never did before, but this is very Thom Yorke. They have a b side or two that sounds alot like this. This is better tho
I thought straight away it was Radiohead, I was waiting on one of their songs for the big finale, wow Thom Yorke doesnt disappoint with his new creation..pure jazzy class
As always, much praise to Thom, well deserved of course. But Jonny Greenwood's contribution is always underestimated. With his musical expression and tone language, he is one of my greatest role models
Here here! Only ignorants would underestimate Jonny’s contribution to this song, The Smile or Radiohead. In my personal opinion, he is the greatest musician on the planet. There’s nothing he can’t do, in any genre. He is a true pioneer and genius. I adore him.
Those in the know and proper followers do, yes. Everyone who truly loves Radiohead and its members is aware of Jonny’s greatness. Some casual listeners just focus on Thom though. It’s understandable as he’s a genius, the frontman, lyricist and emotional focus point but Jonny is something different. He’s on a musical level of his own.
I’m beginning to realize that although I am a Radiohead fan, I’m actually just a bigger fan of Thom. He’s easily my favorite artist ever, and I feel really blessed to have seen him once with Radiohead and once solo, right after Anima, in a more close/intimate venue.

That track was just perfect for the scene. Lyrics and music could not have been bettered. Best final episode I've ever watched, the music still chills me, as I listen to the lyrics and watch the final episode.
Absolutely beautiful. Terrific in the scene with Tommy Shelby contemplating suicide - final episode. Haunting, stunning. They know how to produce art those boys
Just a paradise of melody, harmony and pure lyrical brilliance!! Topped with the tense filled scene of Peaky Blinders ❤️😊 How can it get any better than this 🙏😍
This song and that Peaky Blinders scene. Stunning.

Amazing! Thought it might be Keane but it's Thom Yorke.
Anyway know the song from early in the episode, with Tommy and Arthur in the office. Can’t even find the artist?
Apparently the song which played between Arthur and Tommy scene is unreleased. Its called Teleharmonic Phaser
Hopefully they release it asap
There is a medicine in this music.

This song has all the makings of a classic Yorke masterpiece.
