@@JasonMazurek When I had mouth sores last year during chemo, I used Spry peppermints with xylitol. Xylitol is an artificial sweetener recommended by dentists. They're small, but they cooled everything down really well. If you'd like to try them now or in the future ( hope not in the future) I'd be happy to ship you some from Amazon.

Yeah sleep is better, throat in hurts if I swallow so it doesn’t bother me all the time. I haven’t checked if they have lozenges
