Disassembling a FREE 928 engine for inspection!

Since the original engine that came with the 928 project was seized up and destroyed, I found a free engine from a community member that seemed to be in better shape - let's check it out and see what I ended up with!

really missed the "inspection" part of this. i hear the 928 engines show little wear, using inspection tools like a micrometer on the cam lobes, cylinders and crankshaft, even after 100,000miles

Green coolant is a no no in these engines.

Yes, I unfortunately had no choice in that matter, and since it was free - I rolled the dice on it. Fortunately, it doesn't seem to have had a negative impact on the head surface, and it's all cleaned out ready for the proper coolant when I refill it.

my subaru 4 cam belt is 3ft 8 inches half = 1 meter 115 mm = and expensive kit .
