@@Fiufsciak he said he’s gonna add mod support, however I think you need the source code without mod support, or a reverse Enginering compiler to get the source code(this method won’t probably work since pretty much every developer encodes their code so only their compiler can decode it)
@@adroitws1367 I was simply referring to the collection of videos and the order of choices being made being a great example. No there isnt a 'Roadmap' video that I am aware of.
Dude. I was not expecting this. I'm very impressed at how far Moonshire has come and I'm so happy that you are pushing for the full release on Steam! In the middle of watching this video, I moved it to the top of my wishlist and followed for any updates. I can't wait to see where this game goes!
Hey I just tried your game! I really enjoy these kind of Indie Games and yours is awesome!!! Little suggestion for improvement: When you die while fighting the Cave-Eye-Boss you can still see the eyes in the death screen
This game looks really cool! Congrats on the Steam milestone. Definitely gonna keep an eye on it. :) I also like how it started as a Zelda fan project. It's interesting how stuff like that can shift over time.
UA-cam usually loves to recommend me these kinds of devlogs suuuper early on (like devlog 2 type early) but decided to wait until now to recommend this to me. Looks interesting, ill be checking out your demo as soon as I get home from work in about an hour and a half. Im glad to see that the things youve focused on trailer/demo-wise are the exact things I look for in EA/incomplete games, seems we have similar taste so im quite excited to see where this game ends up. Ive added the game to my wishlist as well, to help boost it a little bit and not forget about it lol
I played the demo... it´s very bugged, but i loved so much the weapon mechanics! Keep working hard and this game will be a indie Pearl! You inspire me to create my own games, thank you.
My first time ever seeing ur channel also my first time ever hearing about the game. 0:22 in game looked fun i read the steam description and i downloaded the demo. Will play throught the demo tomorrow. Good work keep it up :)
I've been following this series on and off for a while now, and it's super exciting that you're actually getting close to publishing Moonshire! I can't wait to download it on my Steam Deck this afternoon! Cheers!
just found this video and WOW i love the artstyle and gameplay of this, it looks so well done and definitely earned a wishlist from me. as well as probably buying the game when I comes out. great work on this!
The game looks great and knowing that it was based on one of my favorite games of all time made this an instant and easy wishlist! Good luck! I'm looking forward to playing it!
I actually found your original Zelda recreation videos when I was looking into learning game development in Lua. It's really cool seeing your stuff pop back up and how this game has evolved into something so cool and truly unique! I'm excited to play the full game when it's out!
I'm very excited for this! maybe apart from releasing it, you could release the OST for everyone too hear? I'm definitely gonna buy it on launch too, I wish you a successful launch !
Wow, I've been looking for games on steam for a while now, and sadly couldn't find something quite what I liked. Your game however is extremely unique and looks nice to play, and I can't wait to play your game!
I've been a follower of this channel for the last 3 years, and Kyle has helped me a lot on my gamedev journey. At first I couldn't understand how game development worked, everything felt magical to me, but Kyle was the one who demystified it for me through this series. I'm so happy that he has made his first ever steam game. Goodluck! and thank you for this wonderful series!
Congratulations!!! I just started studying game dev recently and your videos have been gift, great insights overall. I wish you great success on the release day!
you should update game page to show the big green banner for demo download instead of the small button you have currently (most users will skip the game without the demo banner at the top)
I've only just found you, when I saw a short you made like 5mins ago, when I accidentally clicked the shorts tab, your game looks cool, and I'm going to download the demo now I've watched more of this game via this video
As a fan of games in the style of The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, I'm genuinely impressed by the glimpses I've seen of your project. The dedication and creativity you've poured into the development process are evident, and it's clear that your game will be a fantastic addition to the gaming community. I'm writing to express my anticipation and eagerness to experience your creation firsthand. Thank you for your hard work and commitment to delivering quality content.
The game and the cover art look great! I wish you luck with the Steam launch, and I hope it ends up on the Nintendo Switch someday! Would fit perfectly on that platform
This looks so cool!!! I love how the combat and the animations look. Wish you all the best for this game! I hope it will be able to come out on Nintendo Switch it just seems like such a perfect fit
Funny how "Legend of Lua" made people think the main character's name is Lua just like how Legend of Zelda made people think the same about Link. I also really like the simplicity, yet creativity in the name MoonShire
you remind me of some game developers that started their popular game by making a clone and overtime it turns from just a small project to a big one. Cant wait to start playing it!
I've never played any Zelda/Pokemon games but wanted to, I also wanted to find something familiar to them in term of style and I think this fits perfectly. Keep it up and good luck! I will certainly play it on release :)
Congrats dude! Just discovered your game and video. It takes a lot of work and effort to design, build, and also advertise a video game with such scope. I’ll go ahead and wishlist it
