6 tablespoons of cold, unsalted butter I know, I forgot to mention it in the video! You can also consult the written recipe available in the video description 🙂👍🏼
I’m going to use it on Texas French toast with caramel drizzle and apple pie filling topping . Then some whipped cream and bacon and cheesy eggs on the side for Christmas brunch for my kids . Sugar coma haha Thank you for this recipe it will make the whole statement 😊
I shred my frozen butter, it's so much easier. For the best results put your butter in the freezer for at least 24hrs. An hour before you want to shred it put your cheese grater in the freezer as well, it must be a metal grater. If you have a nice wide rimmed metal bowl put that in the freezer too.
I see questions about the butter. To make it easy, I was a professional baker for a long time, it's equal parts flour, sugar, butter/margarine. Plus, your cinnamon to taste.
Hi there! Thank you for your recommendation. I thought the same thing, but after testing out different variations of the recipe, this one turned out the best among my taste testers 🙂👍🏼
This this is really cool. Thank you so much for sharing this! My mom used to make the best coffee cake and never taught me how to make the streusel topping. Now I know how. I love you mama… Thank you for sharing👍💯❤️
Looks great Question, after baking it and crumble up, if i refrigerate it, how long can i keep it before using for a topping for cupcakes? Thanks so much!
Hi there! If you’re going to use it as a topping to sprinkle on top of cupcakes, or add to ice cream, etc., then you want to bake it in the oven like I show in the video. If you want to add it to the top of baked goods that will be going into the oven, then you simply make the streusel & add the unbaked streusel directly on top of whatever will be going into the oven. Funny enough, my mom & I just tested what would happen if you essentially double bake streusel & it actually didn’t burn! It seemed to dry out a little bit more, so it just got a tad extra crunchy, but no burning 🙂👍🏼
She didn't say how much butter is used for your streusel topping. She just said add your butter into the mixture, but never said how much butter. Can you post how much is used or send me a message. I really want to try this recipe. Thank you, Linda from Texas.
Hi Linda! Thank you so much for checking out my video & letting me know about this! I use 6 tablespoons of cold butter for this recipe. I also have a link in the description of you would like to print this streusel recipe 😊
Hi there! I do not yet have my own brownie recipe, so until then, I can certainly recommend the recipe I currently use. The fudgey brownie recipe from this video: ua-cam.com/video/HIonKbKM-tE/v-deo.html

Hey there dear..then how to use it? While making a streusel muffin..
Hi there! For topping muffins, you put the uncooked streusel on top of your muffins before baking them 🙂👍🏼
@@adventuresinyum thanks dear for such a promt reply❤️
Happy baking! 🤗
How do you add it to other things and bake them without the topping burning since it is already baked?

Mine turned into mush.
Repaired by adding flour/processed almond.
Still wondering why yours turned out well when I used the same amount of butter
Your butter wasn't cold enough
Can I put this on an already baked cheesecake?
As long as you bake it off first, or heat treat the flour, then you can certainly add it to already baked cheesecake! 🙂👍🏼
