If you wanted to add this within the same recording, the only option would be to play the UA-cam video into the microphone (with a phone for example).
The best way to do it would be to create both audio tracks separately, and then combine them in software, such as Audacity.

@Tropical Tech Thanks, when i do this, i hear a lot of harsh and background voice, also i don't hear the voice clearly. all and all the quality is not that much. How to solve it? i record with a headset phone.
I was more interested in recording a song I had found on maybe UA-cam or some web source. That would not be a mic situation. How would I do that?
Easiest way would be via third party software (maybe even a screen recorder that records audio too) then convert the mp4 to mp3

Someone please help! I used Voice Recorder of the computer and saved 2 voice documents but I think Virtual Audio Cable was on when I was doing that and right now when I want to listen my recordings all I hear is "trial" sound. My recording is gone! Do you think I can recover my voice recordings? I already uninstalled the Virtual Audio Cable but it does not for the previous records.

@EggIsCool69420 Yes, the video’s got 40k views and there’s a normal amount of comments.
To make a wav you could use a different voice recorder such as Audacity to export as one or use a free online converter.
