When I was much younger (1980s), I applied black mascara as usual, and then coated the tips with bright blue mascara. It was a great way to rock blue mascara but still have the rich black color on the majority of the lash length.
I was really surprised Colourpop’s Blue Moon palette & their blue mascara & eyeliners (both liquid & pencil) weren’t mentioned (very affordable)-unless it was bc they’re not considered “drugstore” available 🤷🏻♀️.
I had never heard of Pantone until your videos 😊. I was super excited to see this! I bought a rug a couple months ago that has some blues and have put up a few accent pieces in blue. Who knew I was so on trend! 🤣. Thanks for these great ideas.

I love the color blue, and like you said brown eyes are beautiful with blue colors. But me with blonde hair, green eyes, very fair.... I cant pull off blue at all. I cant really do green either (lord knows I've tried green, different brands, different tones, nope dont work for me) ..... since you mentioned brown eyes, brown eyes are absolutely beautiful! I'd love to have brown eyes! And brown eyes can literally pull off any color or no color! Just so pretty. I've always loved brown eyes.

I just bought ELF’s “Earth & Ocean” which has a lovely blue named “DripDrip” that is close the the official Pantone color. I’ve already used it and I loved it. I’m a pale skin, blue eyed redhead. I usually use brown mascara, black is too harsh. If I use blue mascara it just doesn’t look good. I do usually use a navy eyeliner, just on my top lid, I like L’Oréal’s.

I was one of those women who thought that blue one the eyes was just so 80's (& not in a good way) until my son got married this past fall. My dress was navy so I decided to experiment with navy shadows and liners and fell in love! Now I'm a total convert. Still not a huge fan of overtly bright blue on the eyes, but I think a pop of navy looks just stunning on my brown eyes. Def plan on trying it out on my nails, too. What a fun way to play with that color 💙

I love that blue L’Oréal mascara. I have very barely there lashes also. I used the L’Oréal voluminous lash primer and my lashes were so full, long and so blue!

Omg I completely forgot about the annual Pantone color of the year video! I am super super super glad that this year’s color is classic blue! This is a fantastic color on me! The brown eyed girls like me will really enjoy the blue eyeshadow because it makes our eyes really pop!
I personally like blue eyeliner, particularly closer to navy blue, because it makes your eyes look bigger and brighter if you don’t go all the way around your waterline. I use it on my top lash line, and halfway in my lower waterline, and everyone tells me my eyes look super bright and wide open. And I do have blue eyes! If you use darker blue eyeliner, it makes your blue eyes really stand out.
I love wearing blue nail polish (I have so many OPI shades!) and sometimes a navy blue pencil on my waterline... But I'm not sure about everything else makeup wise! I have black eyes but I haven't touched blue eye shadow in years. Might try that L'Oréal shade 💙

Actually I recently found out that my eyes are actually classified as a somewhat rare shade of brown (I'm having an MS moment and I cannot remember what the color is! Lol if I can remember, I will edit my comment), it made me feel a little bit better about having boring brown eyes, lol. But I'm saying I would love to see what you would do with brown eyes, because I personally think that I look dreadful in dark blue shadows like the ones that you suggested in this video. Thanks for the video! I just loooove blue color everywhere! I've got the Deep Dive palette from Revolution Beauty same as the Forever Flawless Ice palette (both, gorgeous palettes!). I had the chance to get the metallic liquid lipstick "Deepsea" from I heart revolution and it is such a beautiful denim color. I've got also the "Denim" from the Perlees line of Lime Crime and an old blue lipstick from L.A. Girl. M.A.C. has also a blue mini mascara that is affordable and it works well :)

Actually I recently found out that my eyes are actually classified as a somewhat rare shade of brown (I'm having an MS moment and I cannot remember what the color is! Lol if I can remember, I will edit my comment), it made me feel a little bit better about having boring brown eyes, lol. But I'm saying I would love to see what you would do with brown eyes, because I personally think that I look dreadful in dark blue shadows like the ones that you suggested in this video. I think I look nice with pale blue eyeshadow, but if I put anything dark purply blue on, I look like a ghoul.

AHA!! LMBO, I remember the color. Amber. I have Amber brown eyes. Which is odd because I have a cool undertone. So it's very strange that I have a somewhat warm tone to my eyes, right? Sigh I need help, lol.

Thanks for the video! I just loooove blue color everywhere! I've got the Deep Dive palette from Revolution Beauty same as the Forever Flawless Ice palette (both, gorgeous palettes!). I had the chance to get the metallic liquid lipstick "Deepsea" from I heart revolution and it is such a beautiful denim color. I've got also the "Denim" from the Perlees line of Lime Crime and an old blue lipstick from L.A. Girl. M.A.C. has also a blue mini mascara that is affordable and it works well :)

I have worn blue mascara, shadow, liner since 1966.....i just never knew it was out of style haha. A trend I don't need to buy any product for woo hoo!! But then again this is like a written prescription to buy make up. Going ULTA for NYX liner. I had already picked up Maybelliene color tattoo light navy semi shimmer.
