My Mum and Dad use to have a yellow colored Advocaat which I remember having it was very creamy but this one was nicer for sure. Yes Advocaat and lemonade that is right.

11:14 This also tastes good over an ice cream. For example, vanilla ice cream with egg liqueur. Oh yummy now I'm hungry for it 😄

Love your taste tests guys. Btw. Words with "ei" like in "Dominosteine" : the german "ei" is spoken like a the english spoken "i".
The letter "ß" (sz spoken) is a short for "ss" . So can eather write "Weiße Schokolade" or "Weisse Schokolade".
    Wish you merry christmas!

*Meßmer* (alt. spelling Messmer; German tea company) = MESS-MER (approx. pronunciation in English)
3:35 The special letter "ß" is neither a "B" nor a Greek Beta. It developed from a printing ligature combining a long "ſ" and round "s" (sometimes also a swirly "z", hence the name) forming ("ſs" => "ß") this extra letter called "Eszett" ("esszed") or "sharp S".

A "Happen" is a little bite or little snack.
When Nemo in "Finding Nemo" got the name Sharkbait, it got dubbed as Haihappen, a little snack or bite for a shark.

Well... There are various ways to use German egg liqueur. You can pour it over ice cream. You can get something like that in every ice cream parlor here as an ice cream sundae and even in the frozen food section of the supermarket. You can also use egg liqueur in baked goods. Egg liqueur cake... Yummy! And you can also mix it and make it yourself. You can definitely find recipes for it on the internet. My girlfriend drinks it mixed with orange juice...
    Fröhliche Weihnachten...

Advocaat is a type of egg liqueur (eggs, brandy, sugar) which is popular in Germany and the Netherlands. It can by law be called Advocaat (dutch for lawyer), when it contains more egg yolk and sugar than normal. It´s eggnog-like. Some people mix it with Sprite. Btw: You can make it yourself quite easily.

    • @jwb52z9

In Germany we have different types of gingerbread.
The have different names and come from different cities are similar but slightly different in recipes.
Lebkuchen / Honigkuchen, Pfeffernüsse and Pfefferkuchen, Printen.
Printen are from the city of Aachen and are soft or harder and you can get them with chocolate and without.
Pfeffernüsse (pepper nuts) are very dry and harder small ones.
Pfefferkuchen are the spicier variation of Lebkuchen
Lebkuchen / honigkuchen is a general term for gingerbread, except for Nürnberger Lebkuchen which must be made in Nürrnberg and must have a high amount on nuts and almonds and a very low amount of flour or even no flour. Other Lebkuchen will have more flour and less nuts.
And there is in general no ginger in "gingerbread". So I really do not know why it is called in English this way.
Pfeffernüsse / Pfefferkuchen are the ones that usually have some ginger in it.

Writing this, while you unpack it.
These Schogetten are not good. I bought the Chai Latte and it tasted really bad.
But even worse, they use palm oil (Palmfett) in these varieties.
They have regulare varieties without palm oil. So I really do not know why they do this.
