Bai 1/2 kg masala d quantity of nutmeg is too mucn,n mace,methi,shahi jeera n jeera,black cardamon, as v Catholic don't use bay leaves n black cardamon. Hope ur masala came out good, add 100 gms goa rice. I use to make dis masala n send it to d gulf to my family and friends. M just sharing it with you like a sister. ❤

It's the ingredients given for 1/2 kg for whole spices.
After grinding it in mill its more and more than 1 kg masala powder
So try and let me knw.
Also adding rice in any masala is just for making gravy thicker.
But yes one can add or not add.

It's my Neighbors way of making and also if you watch the video we have reduced the ingredients while roasting it. Also doing and using this masala for many many years and it's super hit.
