- Dear friends, I present to you the stretcher peel, a real delight for all fans of homemade pizza because it allows us to make very large pizzas without them changing shape or size at the very delicate moment of baking. In this video with my stretcher shovel - the famous Palamajella from Officina Creativa Aurora di Blasio - we will bake pizzas to the limit of what is permitted in Effeuno ovens, i.e. approximately 34 cm (out of the 35 available). Using very normal 250 g loaves I can give the disc of dough the rectangular shape of the oven biscuit.
