Accually it's easier then you think. I made pizza for God Father's and Casey's. It was loads of fun then I went to making Dougnuts and that was even better.
@@exileop1365 I get paid 13 an hour/40 hours a week plus between an extra 100 to 190 dollars a week in divided tips doing pizzas like this and copious amounts of other things 9 to 11 hours a day (except Sundays). Work hard, never call out and no corporate BS. Best of all, I fucking love it.

Best pizza I ever had was in Jersey City at Journal Square by the PATH train station. Grew up just blocks away. Get a couple of slices to go just cheese. Awesome. That was in the 70s. Doubt it’s still there. Live in California now. Nothing close.

Had pizza just half an hour ago though not as huge or scrumptious-looking as this. It feels so satisfying just watching the process...the very sound of the doughmaking and the buckets full of large shreds of mozzarella and pepperoni 😌😌
Just how we do it at work. New York Pizza in Ocean Springs, Mississippi gulf coast. Owner originally from Sicily and immigrated, lived and worked in NY. Such good fucking pizza. Family owned and homemade dough, sauce... all that shit.
