The OE prototyping level of this build continues to be jaw-dropping. This channel and Sarah n Tuned are putting out the best attention-to-detail stuff out there. Keep it up, gents, people are noticing!!
one of the most under rated cars in the continental, Ford is one of the most overlooked brands, A little known V10, and a channel that dose not get near the recognition it should! Love what your doing! Love the car so much I went an bought one!
V10 for the WIN! They look awesome. Great that you can weld each header separately and then fit to the engine. Hopefully you can get all the correct radius bends for the design? You will be Tig welding pros, once they are welded. Thanks for sharing, can't wait to hear the V10 burble at idle, then roar with a little gas!
Weirdly, the viper v10 is the only odd fire v10 I like the sound of. Always thought the sound matched the brutish character of the viper. This triton should sound incredible, excited to hear it. Nice work, you've got all the ingredients to become a big channel, only a matter of time 👍
This is such an incredible project. I love OEM+ builds, and I’m not even sure that’s what this is, because it seems so much better than that. You couId have thrown a Coyote in it in half the time and it would still be cool, but this is elevated so far beyond. Thank you guys for taking the time to create the content and share it with all of us.
Cant even begin to say how much I've been enjoying this project. I seriously dont have any idea how you could top this build series but I have faith you guys will deliver with more mind blowing content long into the future. Im convinced 💯
This is awesome, just a reminder of the video where frieburger smashed the headers with a hammer and didn't lose any power( don't use a hammer but a little oval in the tube for clearance won't hurt)
This has to be one of the best projects on youtube right now, even if you are using so many Ford products 🤣. Seriously though, way outside the norm and it's amazing.
This is the first build series I've seen where I had the pleasure of being here at the beginning, and the first channel where I was a sub before it exploded. I'm so happy this is blowing up for you guys, this is my favorite car channel on UA-cam. Keep it up, huys!
I think there were less than 10 subscribers when I jumped on the wagon. I thought it was going to be a train wreck but had no idea of Diego and Jack's beyond-mad skills.
I always wanted a V10, Vipers are expensive. Everything else, even more so. I know there are junkyards full of Triton V10s, but everyone says they are trash and not worth wasting the time on them. You guys seem like you can prove them wrong, though. And maybe one day I could build my own V10 dream car.
This isn't a triton v10 though. I'd love to mess with a triton v10 someday though. Ported heads, flat top pistons, reground cams, long tubes, custom intake manifold
Another thing, the level of work you guys do is exceptional, especially for being a bunch of young guys fresh into the game.... you'd unknowingly look at your sub count expecting at least 250 to 500k subs..... you'll get there and surpass that soon as people find out about what you guys are doing, keep it up guys (PS.... you know you want at least a new 10spd trans in there if you're staying auto 😅)
I'm not even finished with the video but I need to comment on those collectors!! Those are beautiful. They look so good. I can't believe they were 3D printed. It would have been cool to see a sped up video of the collectors being printed.
Dude! I didn't know these had split pin cranks! I gotta get one of these now... Amazing series! I'm so obsessed over everything sound related, so this is right up my alley.
You guys are the definition of a modern hotrodder! Every episode of this build is just incredible with what you guys are learning and doing in the unknown that is the 40 valve ford v10! Thank you guys for all your hard work!
The exhaust is freaking Awesome!!! Love the fact that you are making it fit while also making it removable from dropping the subframe. Amazing vids man can’t wait to see that thing on the road🔥
I'm actually super glad you guys did the research on header sound tuning (at least the bare true necessities) before starting.... IDK how many times I've seen people build headers thinking they're going to accomplish something "good" sounding, but never took into consideration, overall and individual primary lengths, cylinder merging, firing orders, cylinder primary collection ECT, and end up with something that sounds less than ideal to say the very least lol..... don't forget, header design is probably the most important for sound after the firing order, but, don't forget what you're going to decide to do with the rest of the exhaust.... you can turn something that has the potential of sounding utterly phenomenal into something that doesn't really quickly with a poor choice down the line. Stay away from H pipes if you're running a dual system out the back, run an X, and personally, personally, I'd do equal length LONG TUBE STEPPED headers, (IDK your displacement or where you started, if it was the Triton 6.8 or you custom built a 4.6 mod motor to a 5.8), but I'd say you could get away with 3" collection on either side(but IDK about how many primaries should be collected in pairs per side until finished)potentially 3½ due to how many you're collecting, I'd suggest if you haven't already gotten and used one, to get a header building program on your PC to assist, but I wouldn't run cats, just long pipe off the collectors probably till about a foot away from your X, then after your X, possibly single Vibrant resonators per side, and then more pipe until you place the mufflers (more tailpipe after the muffler usually sounds better than less, unless you're going for deep).... and don't forget metal choice has a drastic tonality difference as well, mild steel, stainless, titanium, inconel ECT (headers can be stainless with the rest of the exhaust in different metal for tone change if necessary), and don't forget, even choice of exhaust tips have a huge place to play... exhaust is literally a black art 😅 Edit: guys, how much power is that V10 putting out? Because 2" primaries on even a 600-700hp V8 are large and you could run 1⅞....2" on a V10 is massive 😅 at personal most, I would've done stepped design, 1¾ to 1⅞'s... I just hope you guys didn't go too big 😬
Nice work on the exhaust gents!! Love the work you guys are doing on the car:) Look forward to seeing the headers finished up and on the car in the next video!!
One of the most addicting build series I've seen in a while! Keep up the great work, guys. I just ordered some merch and fingers crossed for that plasma cutter!
I am so impressed by what you guys have done, and the modern tools that you are using!! However, you need to have another look at your promotion in this video... I believe you are giving away a Plasma Cutter not a Pasma Clutter!! Thanks Jack for the best laugh of my day!! I am going to go to your site and get some of your merch!! Love that you guys are local and I love supporting local businesses!! Keep on doing what you are doing so well!! Thanks boys!!!!
I'm thinking that sometime in the future they will pull the heads off and scan them. Just guesstimating but I figure a minimum of $4K for the bare heads, $2K for the cams, $1.5K for the intake, and $2k for the headers. Then you'd have to load the heads, build the shortblock, and figure out the fuel injection. But it would still be worth it.
The quality of this series never ceases to amaze me.
Dahm-like. I like the extra nerd factor here at BIY too.
@@smillman437agree its super impressive to watch it all unfold. These guys are next level 💯
It’s nice to see cars built from an engineering scope versus a bro-build. This is definitely not a SEMA chop and slap together build.
Oh wow you must not be hard to impress.
That stock old gmc fuckin clown 🤡
This is absolutely next level. I cant wait to see the finished product!
Still can't believe you watch our build! Thank you!! 😭😭
Why the algorithm isn't boosting these guys is beyond me , even tavs comment had no likes .
Much Love Freddy!
Most underrated build of all time
I agree whole heartedly
for sure
this
How?
Just such a criminally underrated channel. Keep it up guys!
They need a big time collaboration with someone to set them off.
The OE prototyping level of this build continues to be jaw-dropping. This channel and Sarah n Tuned are putting out the best attention-to-detail stuff out there. Keep it up, gents, people are noticing!!
Holy moley I just got to the printed collectors that is nuts!! Amazing
Never heard of Sarah n Tuned, so I might have to check them out on my next break at work. This break is already spoken for though lol
those collectors are a thing of beauty
Just thought to myself " It's about time for another BIY video" and Bam, there it was
me too!!!
Who makes the Merge Collectors? I need a 6 into one merge, these look really good with the spiral/toroidal shape.
one of the most under rated cars in the continental, Ford is one of the most overlooked brands, A little known V10, and a channel that dose not get near the recognition it should! Love what your doing! Love the car so much I went an bought one!
Stoked yall got the sponsor and the quality of the scans is really good. Can’t wait to see the exhaust take shape next time
So cool, can't wait for the v10 to sing through those headers
those 3d printed collectors blew me away! bravo! 👍
Jet coat the headers, ceramic coat! This v10 is going to be awesome! Maybe put a Whipple Super charger on as well!
You should sell custom parts like a nice intake for a 4.6 32 valve. Judging by the look of that headers connector spin it is visually awesome
You blokes are unreal - this video is a triumph on every level!
The collectors are awesome, might be the best part of the build.
The level of detail and attention you guys are putting into this is fantastic. Next level! Such an awesome build.
Best build on youtube
Can't wait to see you two on Leno.
This is like watching a build on Powernation but intelligent.
I am seriously impressed.
This channel deserves to blow up, i hope when its finished you'll get a bunch of subscribers.
collector flanges are art..........great build
V10 for the WIN! They look awesome. Great that you can weld each header separately and then fit to the engine. Hopefully you can get all the correct radius bends for the design? You will be Tig welding pros, once they are welded. Thanks for sharing, can't wait to hear the V10 burble at idle, then roar with a little gas!
👍 It's amazing whats possible these days with the correct technology and know how. Can't wait to hear it.
Weirdly, the viper v10 is the only odd fire v10 I like the sound of. Always thought the sound matched the brutish character of the viper. This triton should sound incredible, excited to hear it. Nice work, you've got all the ingredients to become a big channel, only a matter of time 👍
I'm posting this for a friend... he said he feels dumb and useless after watching these guys do magic
Trust, we all do, you'll do something special fella!
You guys are serious level engineers.
I can't wait to hear the raspy exhaust sound of your Ford V-10!!!
This is the best build on UA-cam right now.
Woah 😳
Nice work gents!! 25k?!??!? This quality of work should have 250k+ subs
You guy's are doing all the cool things I just sit around and think about!
Very cool. Can't wait to hear this thing run. It's gonna sound amazing. 🔥🔥
I just can't fathom how there only at
BEST BUILD ON UA-cam
8:08 ❄️ need I say more yodiegang
I can't wait till you do a Dyno to see what you have ???
With the bugs worked out this could be a "Monster" !!!
You guys are OG's. BUILD IT YOURSELF
Your car will sound amazing.
Insane how you don’t have more subs. Been watching since 2nd video after my quarterly “built 6.8 v10” search 😂
I mean this from the bottom of my heart - you two are magnificent talents and utter psychos!
I built stainless headers for a 347 stroker and it was interesting. You guys are in for some fun!
Cant even begin to say how much I've been enjoying this project. I seriously dont have any idea how you could top this build series but I have faith you guys will deliver with more mind blowing content long into the future. Im convinced 💯
Ever since I ran across your guys channel, I've been looking at ways at stuffing a Dodge V10 in my 1964 dart. Y'all are a bad influence lol
You guys are inspiring! Amazing work, as always
This is awesome, just a reminder of the video where frieburger smashed the headers with a hammer and didn't lose any power( don't use a hammer but a little oval in the tube for clearance won't hurt)
I still can't believe there aren't way more subscribers
Extremely interesting stuff as usual guys 👌🏻
You guys are just ridiculously good
That’s a very cool spaghetti monster you created
This has to be one of the best projects on youtube right now, even if you are using so many Ford products 🤣. Seriously though, way outside the norm and it's amazing.
Wow! That scanner is super impressive.
Can't believe they're priced that low. Top priority after seeing this video!
Thanks for that!
I don't need a scanner...but I want one. The portable technology is beyond amazing.
You know these guys know what they're doing because they have the same cabinets and workbench setup as High Performance Academy
This project is just insane and so well produced, a credit to you both 👍
Those are some crazy collectors.
Pasma clutter! 😂 dang those headers are insane!!
Criminally underrated channel
You guys are awesome!
Next level guys !
@sategllib2191 Its a 6.8L Triton V10 with custom homemade 4.6 4V Cobra heads with some custom cams and custom intake manifold.
Geez, that steering shaft is gonna feel some serious heat,
Damn that metal 3d printed collector is so smooth, usually they're very porous and have to be sanded down for hours
Super excited to see this on the road!!
I'm not even finished with the video but I need to comment on those collectors!! Those are beautiful. They look so good. I can't believe they were 3D printed. It would have been cool to see a sped up video of the collectors being printed.
Well done guys! ...Can't wait to see 7 HEAR the finished exhaust!
Good Job, and thank you for your wonderful sharing! 😜
MOM! BIY GUYS JUST POSTED ANOTHER ONE!!!
After a few "twists" & turns, you guys got there, good stuff & well done.
The exhaust is freaking Awesome!!! Love the fact that you are making it fit while also making it removable from dropping the subframe. Amazing vids man can’t wait to see that thing on the road🔥

Nice work on the exhaust gents!! Love the work you guys are doing on the car:) Look forward to seeing the headers finished up and on the car in the next video!!
You guys are awesome, I’m young learning a lot from yall please keep it going
This has been an awesome series. Keep up the good work guys. Can’t wait to hear it.
Simply outstanding work! The blending of tech and old school muscle in your videos continually blows my mind!
One of the most addicting build series I've seen in a while! Keep up the great work, guys. I just ordered some merch and fingers crossed for that plasma cutter!
Wow, that's all I got. You all are making me get on my game. This is inspiring yo
Those collectors! WOW, JUST WOW! Works of art!
Time to step the headers
10:30 Pasma Clutter. Enjoying your videos.
I gotta get me one of them there "pasma clutters". Never heard of one but I like it!
This is an awesome project! I can't believe you don't have more subscribers. Can't wait for the next installment.
You guys are awesome!! More people need to watch this
Y’all continue to impress me
I am so impressed by what you guys have done, and the modern tools that you are using!!
Following from Brazil.
Most underrated channel! Hope to see you guys blow up soon
I bet it’s going to sound crazy, and I hope ford notices it.
It would be cool if brodix or Dart would build a v10 block, crank, and heads.
18:29 pure gooold (goldmember's accent)
This is epic guys. Can’t wait to hear those headers
This build is exciting!
Killer work fellas!
Fantastic. So much work all high level.
Love the Vortex collectors.
Great stuff guys! I need that scanner!
Those collectors are so good.
You guys should look at getting a casting made for the head to sale them
I'm thinking that sometime in the future they will pull the heads off and scan them. Just guesstimating but I figure a minimum of $4K for the bare heads, $2K for the cams, $1.5K for the intake, and $2k for the headers. Awe inspiring work, those collectors are trick loving it guys!
Awesome stuff guy's. Every episode get's better and better .
Build in coming along nicely
I cannot wait to hear this car under load.
