Really starting to get in to my Fougere fragrances, so clean, elegant and confident. One that I love at the minute is fougere d'argent by Tom Ford. The addition of mandarin gives it a modern twist which is fantastic
I just ordered MFK masculin pluriel, today… talking about timing;) Im really exicited, sampled it, loved it, will rock it year round… great list as always, Max
Great list and I enjoyed it and I'm a big fan of barbershop fragrances and I'm going to get a bottle of Dior Sauvage Elixir is my favorite fragrance of this year and it's a 10 out of 10 fragrance in my opinion and have a blessed day
Pasha de Cartier Parfum, indeed one of the best releases in recent years. Its drydown to me has some similarities to Elixir, though the Pasha remains more creamy and fresher, less spicy, yet more complex/sophisticated to me. Both really great. A surprising highlight in this video was to see a Pinaud aftershave getting mentioned :) My favorite Pinauds are the original Pinaud Clubman, and the very leathery Special Reserve, but I also have the Virgin Islands Bay Rum, really great too. I have smelled Creed Viking, found it very spicy, but did not immediately associate it with this Pinaud (or with Old Spice for that matter,) will have to check it out again.
Great vid Max as always. Fougere is my favorite genre. Just like you said gentlemanly and sophisticated. Great list and glad to own a handful of these gems. Diurno sounds like a very intriguing edp. Love the inspiration behind this creation and the notes 🔥🔥. Love George's creations. FYI he has come out with a new creation "Tabac"
Rogues bon monsieur is a must if you havent tried that one yet max .. if you are willing to go old school i will tell you i picked up some vintage fougere fragrances if you can find them they are worth checking out. Business man by panouge which sounds cheep and corny... it isnt. It is a fantastic fougere and last all day on my skin which never happens with me heavy real oakmoss and old school nitro musks. Also charles jourdon un homme fantastic fougere with anise. Last but not least if you like brut check out fred hayman touch for men but you have to find the vintage parlux version.. the modern creator that makes that fragrance is absolute trash...one more i am sure you talked about in the past is francesco smalto pour homme is a dry fougere without an ounce of sweetness...discontinued of course but if you dont have that one max run and get it ASAP. Molto smolto is also great fragrance but it is a chypre by the same house.. also discontinued of course lol. Cheers max -Ramsey
Yea! Finally someone makes a comparison for Creed Viking that I've been trying to sell for a long time: the traditional Bay Rum. Swap out the slightly camphorous bay leaf for a very mentholated mint, add lavender, and there you have it. But not Old Spice, which has much more in common with Paul Sebastian Fine Cologne, Avon Wild Country, and even YSL Rive Gauche Pour Homme somewhat. Tom Ford Beau de Jour is my favorite of the lot.
Wow, this list is impeccable! All amazing fragrances, I have not smelled Diurno but it sounds fantastic. One fragrance that I would add would be 1725 by Histoires de Parfums. It's a fougere with star anise, licorice, vanilla, and almond. It's super modern even though it came out in 2001. It's my favorite.
My last buy was actually TF Beau de jour. it is so nice. Tried it a month ago and could not forget about it so last week i had to pull the trigger on that one. classic, masculine, fresh, elegant and so smooth...have been looking for pascha but out of stock. what about Cartier l'envol ?
What are the two bottles to the left of your shoulder please? The identical red and blue bottles with the gold emblem on the front. They look familiar but I can't remember what they're called. Thanks.
Awesome list, Max. Will you please recommend a few good alternatives to Drakkar Noir? I absolutely love shave foam/soapy fougere’s. My favorites atm are: Masculine Pluriel Viking B-612 Beau de Jour Mefisto Gentiluomo
What commercial Fougere fragrances do you know that are modern / adapted to current trends and usable for youth and casual wear? (like Sauvage Elixir, Le Male, 1725, Pasha Noire)
Max i forgot to mention Jet Set its a Fougere Fragrance! I do not no if you have had a chance to try this kick ass long lasting leaves a trail Fragrance.....It is really addicting Max....Have you tried this yet?
Yes it's a designer loud synthetic version of oud for greatness. They are very similar. Oud for greatness is much smoother and more subtle and higher quality but extremely similar
My favorite is Beau De Jour. Been wanting to try Masculin Pluriel for some time now. Great video!

Very solid list of scents. Elixir and Viking are my top two scents in this area of fragrances. Signature noir is an honorary third from Zaharoff.
Great list. I love Bracken Man, looking forward to pickup Dior Sauvage Elixir soon .
Alfred Dunhill Nordic Fougere. As it sounds, icy fresh up top with a fougere base. Surprisingly nice!
Thank you Max I appreciate the inclusion! Grateful for the support from the very beginning. Love this entire video -
Got Bracken last Friday. I'm in love with it! It's an amazing smell!
Great list and I enjoyed it and I'm a big fan of barbershop fragrances and I'm going to get a bottle of Dior Sauvage Elixir is my favorite fragrance of this year and it's a 10 out of 10 fragrance in my opinion and have a blessed day

Bracken Man is my favorite fougere. Just sublime!
I couldn't have said better - SUBLIME!
I have sedley and bracken. Both are awesome. Bracken is definitely worth checking out if you're into manly scents.

Tom Ford Beau de Jour is my favorite of the lot.
I got my dad a bottle of Beau De Jour for fathers day this year and after smelling it on him again and again, I may have to get myself a bottle! 🤤
I love fougeres! Masculin pluriel and zaharoff pour homme are both fantastic
Great review. I like Scandal Cologn and Roja Vetiver.
Hello Max, how are you? Great job as usual,👍🏾! That ZAHAROFF Signature Pour Homme is Amazing. Stay safe brother.
Zaharoff signature is timeless
Also, I tried to like sedley but it just doesn’t do anything for me

Boas max, qual o melhor clone na tua opinião do creed Aventus batch smoke?
Putz Marcelo, com Aventus eh bem dificil viu - hoje eu prefiro outros perfumes justamente por problemas de batch....
1.Amouge Bracken man,...2 Viking,.....3 Robert Piguet Cravache 2007......4,TF BDJ...5, Franck Boclet Absinthe...My win -win five aromatic fougere...

Beau de Jour
Mefisto Gentiluomo
Amazing choices, thanks for sharing!
@@MaxForti answer his question
Great Video Max!
I love this genre and this is a great list. The only one I don't care for is Viking. It's too peppery on my skin.
Quando vem mais colabs ou lives Max?
Hey max...what do you about maison margiela...at the barbers ??
MFK Masculin Pluriel & Dior Sauvage Elixir
✌💯😎
Max vc tem como resenhar o perfume Iquitos da marca Alain Delon desde já agradeço
Roja scandal parfum cologne is one of my favs

Max vc poderia mandar o perfume Iquitos para o Júnior barreiro
Azzaro Pour Homme!
I would replace Pasha from Dior with Mephisto Gentiluomo from Casamorati
Para que ele possa resenhar o Iquitos
"THUMBS UP"🥊🔔
If it's Classy you must be on MAX Forti channel 🙃
Warning Zaharoff may come off little funny. Granny soap vibe
Dior elixir has oud for greatness VIBES 🎯💯👍🏽🔥favorite fougere Azzaro pour homme 🤜🏻💥🤛🏼
Yes it's a designer loud synthetic version of oud for greatness. They are very similar. Oud for greatness is much smoother and more subtle and higher quality but extremely similar
