Indeed! I got to see her at a small venue last year in Seattle. Only 1000 people, and i got there early enough to choose an acoustic sweet spot. It was an experience to behold.

'Tales Of Us' rather dampened my enthusiasm for Goldfrapp but this stylish set of my favourite songs has got me back on board. Best act I have seen at Glastonbury this year.

She IS better than most of other pop stars. And she has albums of any genre, from glam rock and electroclash to folktronica and dream pop. Have you heard her latest album "Tales of Us?" It's not like this song, it's actually wistful and melancholic, like Lana's "Ultraviolence". Great for brooding evenings or rainy days.

Nah....the video is ever so slightly in advance of audio, helping to suggest that...but the Live at Somerset House version suggests that she has no reason whatsoever to resort to it.

I remember seeing these at the Isle of Wight festival…I was a massive fan but the set was sooo boring. No interaction with the crowd, just playing each track pretty soullessly, it kind of tainted them for me. Thankfully placebo and then prodigy played and blew them out of the water.
