After a few days your brain goes into a frenzy because you're not ripping the suds and you'll get more done than you can imagine. I quit for 3 years, fell off again, did a 30 day cleanse after I fucked myself up in an ATV accident. Went back in harder. I just don't indulge on the job. Never did though. Good luck to you.
