    God... this kid was on a mission and he was a MVP at 21 playing crazy basketball. No one could stop him, he was ridiculously quick and was the most EXPLOSIVE player ive ever seen, he's the reason i started watching basketball and I fell in LOVE with type of play. NO ONE could stop him going to the rack or if he wanted to score in general. He didn't even get to hit his prime and he was only warming up. #idol #DRose
    P.S They say Russell Westbrook was up there with Rose as one of most athletic, Rose was the quickest most athletic, acrobatic player ive seen.. peried.

      Man, I want to agree with you but he's just not quite the same. Just gotta accept his new game for what it is and hope he can sign with a better team as a good 3rd option. I think he should move to the 2 guard honestly and just keep working on his 3 point shot in the offseason.

    • @mallorycainjr.1921
      @mallorycainjr.1921 7 років тому

      I'm with you. he's the same to me. defense could use a little work but when he's playing A1 PGs his defense is almost on point. he's not as reckless as he used to be so its kinda good that he's not what he used to be. the type of reckless plays he did early in his career could destroy his career again if he starts back up with that type of play

    @1:07 that quick acceleration or burst is what seperated his speed in transition from a Wall or Westbrook. Not in this video but in this video against he Magic when he wore that black arm sleeve, this dude took two dribble down the court into a layup. Fastest player from end-to-end of all-time. We probably won't see this type of fluidity and speed combined with explosiveness and touch from a PG for another 10 years if ever. Rose was basically a 6'3 version of LeBron and Jordan in one.

    Still my favorite player to watch, but man he just doesn't impact the game like this anymore. I am encouraged by his scoring this year though, and it's probably the best he's looked since 2012, but his passing/floor awareness and defense on most nights just seem off. I really think he would thrive moving to the 2 guard and playing with a good shooting PG who can defend. I'm thinking Jrue Holiday would be a good fit next to DRose.

      Food reviews Hong Kong. This game is literally how he plays right now except he doesn't have as much freedom to control the team like a real point guard on the Knicks like he did on the Bulls

      Yeah pretty much. Still hits the floaters and acrobatic layups. He doesn't shoot 3s anymore though and his passing/floor game seems worse for whatever reason.

    Give him this personal & watch him goes to work . Too bad the knicks don't have knock down shooters like kover . & a power forward that can play with his back to the basket instead of chucking up shots rather than look for the open guy !

      TheBucketMan Johnson haha but he still has a defensive player of the year award and your favorite center probably has nothing lmao. he hustles hard on screens, defence, rebounds. that's his game, not shooting and post up moves. all anyone looks at these days is points. nba fan logic: "if you can't average 10-15 points per game you belong in the d league" but ignore the blocks and 15+ rebounds

    This bulls team would've won a championship this year. If rose didn't get hurt and that's facts.
