Thank you for this informative video and would definitely give this a try! On the other hand, would it be also okay to ask for your help in interpreting my LC/MS data? Thank you!
Hello. the detector after MS is able to measure chromatogram and ms spectra in same time, or are there two detectors - one after LC column and one after MS analyzator and they are "linked" to PC so it proceeds detection in the same time?
The MS is the only detector. The chromatogram is really generated by the software based on the MS data. To generate a chromatogram, you have to simplify the MS signal somehow so that you only show one Y value on the chromatogram for every time point on the X axis. Usually, we simplify the MS data into the "Total Ion Chromatogram", or TIC. You can view the same LC-MS data as a lot of different chromatograms though, depending on what you choose to represent the Y axis in the chromatogram. I hope that helps and was not too confusing.
The video content is so excellent, congratulations
Thanks! I really appreciate that.

What instrument are you running?

hello sir, im from lahore, punjab, and pakistan. I've LCMS data, can you please help me analyze it? how do I reach out to you?
which software do you use to analyze MS data?
This is Qual Browser, part of the XCalibur software suite for Thermo instruments.
I want your help in interpretation of LC-MS data... can you please help me?
I could try. Is it small molecule data? Is it a Thermo instrument?

Can send my data for analysis...
I want to analyse data... Please help me
I'm sorry I missed these requests. I do not check these comments often when I am not actively teaching the course. Did you figure out your LC-MS data?
How to contact you? I have LCMS data. Can you help me out to analyse that data?
Have you analysed your data?
