What does context have to do with anything and BE UNMESSABLEWITH

Let me illustrate the concept of context's significance.If i hold my pointer finger up, In one context, this object is simply the number one, in another, it's a finger, more precisely, an index finger, and in yet another, it represents a direction, pointing upwards. The reality of the object itself remains unchanged. What's pivotal is the context through which we perceive and relate to it. In our lives, we often default to a context we didn't consciously create. For example, "I've got to get stuff done" often dominates our calendar. This mindset can be efficient for reacting but not for true creation. By deliberately shaping the context-like framing your calendar as a means to "create vitality" before scheduling workouts-you become both the creator of the context and its content. My goal in working with people is to empower them to be creators in every aspect of their lives, including their ways of being and interactions, even when dealing with circumstances they didn't choose, like a loved one's dementia, by creating the context in which they engage with it.
