Thank you so much for that!
U r very welcome!
My heart started pumping the second I saw Hawaii in the title.
Mine started pumping once i seen that octopus 😩
Same, i had to check the date to see if it wasn't an older video.
Same nothin better than ole Ace in Hawaii
Sameeee😅🎉
@@Juicee508 mine started as soon as I saw the notification 😫😩
Ace, I eat octopus alot. I always aggressively rub them coarse sea-salt for a minute and rinse immediately. This removes all the slime. Freezing them for at least a day will tenderize them. Actually octopus contract and toughen as soon as they hit boiling water. The longer you boil them, the more tender they become. You will see this when making my Ramen soup with Octopus chunks.
For my soup, I only use Samyang Buldak (mean Hot Chicken in Korean) noodles, but in a pinch or for those wimps that can't handle any sicy foods, you can use the regular Maruchan Ramen shrimp or chicken flavor at Walmart. My favorite Samyang Buldak noodles are Carbo (pink pack), Cheesy (yellow pack), Jjajang (green pack), 1x Fire Noodles (black pack) and 2x Fire Noodle (red pack). We go through over 200 pack per year. I buy through Amazon but be careful some sellers are literally thieves and price gouge. Try to buy from sellers like "Z Force Trading" or those selling bulk 5-packs for less than $10 or $2 per pack.
For my family size soup, I boil 2 packs of the Samyang noodles in 4.5 cups of water for 10min. Do not drain!! I then add the included sauce packets, (1) tablespoon of onion powder, (1)tablespoon of garlic powder, (2)cans Campbell's Cream of Chicken soup, (1)can of pre-cooked dice potatoes, (2)Tablespoons of butter (optional) and (1/2)teaspoon of White Pepper (optional). Simmer for 5min. If too thick add 1/2cup of hot water. Last add 1lb/450g of raw octopus chunks and simmer for an additional 10min and you're done!!
This recipe works with ANY seafood, especially Shrimp or Baby Whole Clams, but only simmer for 5min!! Sometimes I add a can of mushrooms and sometimes I add a can of pre-cooked dice carrots.
Just remember the Samyang BULDAK noodle are spicy, but not draining the water and the soup recipe as a whole, dilutes down the spicyness a lot!!
I love that you pray before you eat! It's also special to me that you pray before you eat on CAMERA, that's very brave and I like that you do that.
Ace!! You're back with Hawaii videos I really really missed them ong. Keep em up try coming to the Caribbean sometime💯
That kid needs to sell those lures online! Truly professional work. 👏 👏 👏
Aloha, Here in Hawaii, to make octopus tender we: pound the octopus in hawaiian salt, which removes all the slimy foam or boil for 5-10 mins in your favorite beer, then cook... Next time try cutting legs into single pieces, then grill; this we call it pūlehu tako...
Quick advice from a french diver : freeze it for several hours, boil it (1h per kg) then put in on the grill until the extremities become crispy. Add some garlic and olive oil and enjoy it !
THE VIDEOS ARE SO CHILL TO WATCH IN THE RAIN 🌧️ PLUS A COUPLE OF 💨 💨 💨 CLOUDS ☁️
I love how you always do a voiceover when swimming cause most scuba diving UA-camrs don’t and it’s just the sound of water
Oh my goodness ACE! The Hawaii series I don’t think you understand how happy your subscribers truly are!! IVE BEEN WAITING FOR SO LONG!!!!
You have the best UA-cam channel, this is truly a amazing family friendly environment. Your a amazing Christian and you truly show the light of Jesus through your videos! Love you man😊
hey man, huge italian fan here!!!
I wanted to give you a little advice on how to properly cook octopus!!1
italians have been eating octopus for thousands of years and the recipes are just amazing!!
you should put a bown of water to boil up, put some salt and olive oil in the water, once the water boils, pu the octopus in it at low heat for 40 minutes.
when its done, just slice it, put it with some boiled potatoes, add salt, pepper, olives and olive oil!!
To hear those whales like that was amazing! Youre so lucky.
Nothing is better than coming home to a fresh new ace video
Yes!! Hawaii vids are my favorite! Meanwhile i’m freezing my butt off trying to catch a fish through the ice
Hey acer, a really good tip to make the octopus less chewy!!!
First dispatch the octopus and find a nice flat rock, then start bashing and rubbing it against the rock and white foam will come out of the octopus. This method removes the chewyness of the skin and if you do it for a while it will start removing the skin and this also tendencies the octopus, do this for about 10 mins minimum and your octopus won't be chewy at all
Hope this helps😊
Watching you snorkel in the waters Hawaii again gives me good memories of the old series, I remember around 3-5 years ago the first video I watched on this channel was just like this, truly a blessing!
Not gonna lie I was having a pretty bad day. Then I saw you uploaded, and now I feel very calm and good, thank you lord!
Keep your head up tomorrow is the first day of the rest of ur life 😅😉
The sound of the dolphins and whales is pretty cool
Yes! Back to Hawaii, can’t wait to watch this tonight. Just got my first cast recently and it truly is amazing!
The Hawaii series is back! 🕺🕺🕺. Please make a 3days catch & cook challenge again! 😊😊😊
Loved the old Hawaii videos. I can't wait to watch this one 🤟
Hey braddah! Love watching your videos. Please respect our wildlife laws. Stay 20ft from da Honu (turtles). With the amount of views that you get you influence a lot of people. Don't want other tourists thinking that it's ok to get that close to turtles, seals and dolphins. Malama the Aina bradda. Respect the land. Keep up the great videos. 🤙🏽
One of the many reasons I love ace and his videos is cuz he explains crap so great and that voice over 👌keep doing what you doing
Such a good UA-camr kid friendly just laying in bed watching ace catch and cooks thank u so much for posting all this content and I’m looking forward to try your seasoning. I have a question have u ever been down in northdakota a lot of people walleye fish ik ur not a big walleye fishing and bluegill and pike sturgeon carp perch trout and our favorite crawfish so just if u want to check that out thanks for posting all this amazing content
Hi ace I'm a chef and I've got a really good way to eat octopus for you.
For the size that you have got there you can boil for about 2h 30 mins-3 hours in water with lemons and pink peppercorns
Then to go with it you could do some nice crispy gnocchi basil oil and maybe some grilled onions and peppers and you can grill the octopus aswell.
Just thought you might want to try something new.
beautiful video Ace! so fun to watch! Hope to do this with my pops one day, make sure to cherish these moments with your ole ancient!
Today I was really wondering when u would make another octopus hunting video, I love this video and the other octopus videos so much
Yay Hawaii series is my favorite!

YEAH!!! You’re back!!!!! I was checking and checking!!!
The fact you can hear the whales from so far away is amazing to me
Hey man great video as always but I'm a cook and I was gonna give u a couple tips for tender non rubbery octopus so my favorite way takea a little time but so tender -
1).start by marinating in. Whole milk the night before
2). Then blanch in boiling water for no more than 30 seconds
3). And last but not least bake the octopus in a dry covered pan for (brace yourself) for 4 to 5 hours at only 200° Fahrenheit or until tender then cool slowly in there own juices
Give it a shot it's super easy if not a little time consuming
4 to 5 hours… I’ll take the rubbery-still tasty octopus lol.
LETS GO. Love the hawaii series, been waiting for it to come back
I love how you could hear the whales in the background
I LOVE the Hawaii series so I’m so excited
Really enjoy these Hawaii videos. Great to see them again.
Ace you always surprise me with how good your drone shots are

Let’s goooo!! The Hawaii videos are back!!
Yes!!! Been impatiently waiting for this series ever since you told us you were going on members only! Can’t wait for the other videos! Keep up the awesome work Ace!
Oh yeah.
That Red Lobster seasoning is amazing.
Another awesome video Ace as always. This may sound weird, try and put the octopus in jam and a little bit of soy sauce and two table spoon of olive oil, just marinade the octopus for two hours should do the trick but overnight is the best. Don't mind the jam that might get into the meat of the octopus because you won't taste it, just clean it and start cooking or just cook it straight from the marinade. It will be the most tender octopus you would ever eat mate.
My brother gave you those lures reply and I'm sure he would love to make you some custom ones too! Thanks for the great content!
Your other Hawaii Octopus vid was the first ACE video I saw 3yrs ago. Give the old DevilDog an Oorah!! for me. 👍
Damn your channel has grown! I just now found your channel again after 4 years! Had forgotten everything, now I'm back to watching the vids again. Keep up the work man
I love the prayer you do over your food
Love the Hawaii videos man God bless you an your family
Man the whale sounds are crazy sick
The whale soundsss ❤
Bringing back those Hawaii vibes from your previous vids!
Turtles will often eat small rocks when they're short on certain minerals, like calcium and iron, as well as to help with digesting certain food.
Heading back to Maui in march, couldn’t be more excited!
Your videos are the best fishing videos I’ve ever seen!Keep up the good work Ace.
Happy to see your making videos again. I always enjoy seeing new videos from you and Micha.

Awesome video shots.. but what sold it for me was the whale sounds in the background. Gave me goosebumps
Yoooo!!, FINALLY BACK IN HAWAII! Nice seeing you guys back there :D
Pro tip I’ve learned with octopus or squids, scrape the tentacles before cooking. It removes its suction cups.
Loved the Catch and cook ❤️
Me and my brother love the Hawaii series!!!
Let’s go, Hawaii series!
Start of another amazing series good luck,Ace
I love how the video starts out like a movie, also I always love the Hawaii series cause I wanna travel there and it’s so beautiful 😂
looks like great fun out there
I love your videos! They make my day every time. Thanks for making these.
Love the hawaii series hope to see more!
Good to have you back in the islands!
In Greece, they air dry them a bit, but you can dry them in the fridge, and when you grill them, they get crispy. Use a lot of olive oil!
I love these videos. Makes me want to cook.
What never ceases to amaze me is how clear those waters are and what a beautiful sight it must be to swim among the sea life
Always a good day when Ace uploads!
Hi Ace! I just love yours and your family's videos. I try to watch most of them and they're all just great! Keep up the good work and don't lose faith in God!
Your videos are amazing. God Bless
Great video. You can hear whales in your underwater shots. Its amazing how far their sound travels.
Steeping it in milk overnight and then adding a bit of malt vinegar to the boil will make it as tender as roast lamb ❤
Amazing man hope y'all had a amazing time
I love the videos you are so much fun to watch!!
I really want to make it to Hawaii one of these years. Bucket list destination for me!
Try Pulpo A La Brasa like they do in Spain. Sweet Paprika and spicy Paprika, olive oil and salt. Then grill it.
Like the cinematic intros. Keep up the good work ace.
Oh my, what a treat! ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! God is so good!
I love your work ace, you've become my bed watch routine!
You also need to take the slime off the Tako it will taste thousands of times better. You can use Hawaiian salt or sand just put it on the Tako and strip it off it’s a slow process but worth it. Also you can beat it to tenderize it.
can hear the humpbacks going nuts in the background
Mahalo for visiting again ☺️
Welcome back....let's get em
Hey i have been watching your videos since a little kid catching fish and eating along with you, thanks for making life a little bit better 🙂
