I’m so jealous! That lobster looked so delicious! Hey but I’m here pressure canning trout and going to smoke trout tomorrow. I used Ace first cast seasoning in the canned fish and in the brine for the smoking. I can’t wait to try the fish.

OMG that’s a rare find!!! It was plentiful back in the days when Hawaii wasn’t over populated. Growing up in Hauula, Oahu we ate from the ocean everyday. Mom and dad rarely went grocery shopping. Seeing your dad holding it in the water brought back memories for me. Awesome video, it’s always nice to see you and your dad do things together.

@@y7952 shut up. Have you ever cooked lobster? You don't kill it, you throw it in. The water kills it instantly.
DanielLikesFishing no I live in Sweden. We don’t got wild lobsters here. And no they don’t die immediately they experience the boiling water scorching their body for a couple seconds before they die. Kinda gruesome. The way to do it is to take a knife and stab it in the brain for it to die immediately.
@@y7952 You do know that lobsters release dangerous bacteria when they're dead right? You need to cook it while it's alive to reduce the chances of getting really sick.
