I luved the chef... hes so down to earth and friendly although Indian Accent is quite an intimidating place from outside... like most five stars are... but people like him can make visits to such posh places a lovely experience.... !!!

They are called spare ribs because they are.. atleast in humans the bottom most 2 ribs do not carry any load of the musceles /fleah they really are vestigial and extra, infact when u crack ur ribs significantly, the doctors harvest the bottom 2 to repair the broken ones

I have had good at Indian Accent in Delhi and jn NYC in the same week. Clearly, they have moved their best game to NYC (and earlier London).

How is the hygiene standards in Indian restaurants? In my experience, very pathetic. If you observe the waiters picking nose, scratching arse etc. Incredible india. And people don't even complain about hygiene or quality. How cool is that. Lol..
