No . They do it this way to try and have it contained to the building or home the defendants are in . If you take it outside , there are school children ,mailmen , civilians walking in the neighborhood. Would you want to walk on the sidewalk w a babystrolker while a defendant was getting in his car on the street or in a driveway , esp with assault weapons ?. They are careful with intel on where these individuals are , indoors . They cannot know who is in a home at all times . They did there jobs and lost their lives in the process . Have some respect . 🇺🇸
