Sights Of Empyrea (Lore & Legacy Main Theme) | Epic Hybrid Soundtrack

- The time is finally here and I can't believe that this journey has come to an end... I am extremely excited to finally reveal the project that I was working on since November last year and that is now finished.
I had the honor to compose the complete original soundtrack to "Lore & Legacy", an epic tabletop-RPG by game designer and writer Julien Pirou, based in a totally unique Science-Fantasy-setting. Julien's vision was captivating since the first brief he sent to me. His highly creative and opulent lore and world building delivered such an amount of inspiration, that the whole composing process was a real blast. Here's the author himself describing the game and the soundtrack project:
"LORE & LEGACY is a science-fantasy role-playing game set on the fantastical world of Empyrea, a vast planet laying in the shadows of a mostly forgotten past. On Empyrea, several distinct species, each hailing from distant stars, now live together, picking through the ruins and technology of lost civilisations.
Players are Free-Lancers: intrepid adventurers, hunters, slayers and explorers determined to unravel the planet’s many mysteries.
It is up to them to protect the populations, lift the veil on ancient lore and reclaim their lost legacies…
With AETHERIC ODYSSEY, composer Roman Heuser invites you to join the Free-Lancers' Guild and journey through the lands of Empyrea, meeting its many peoples, uncovering its mysteries and facing untold dangers."

The whole soundtrack is awesome. For me some kind of Grim Dawn vibes with an appropriate added touch of epicness. Exactly what science fantasy needs.
