- We're finally exploring another sonic facet of the vast lore and world building of "Lore & Legacy". "Oath Of Adventure" is the track that I wrote for the Free-Lancers, a guild of adventurers that the players of the game belong to.
For me, the piece somehow felt like a second main theme for the game and I wanted it to operate like a kind of "Light side" to the slightly darker main theme "Signs Of Empyrea". It shall be associated with the courage and determination of our main group of heroes and the fellowship that is honoured amongst the Free-Lancers.
Here's what the creator of the game, Julien Pirou, says about the game and it's soundtrack:
"LORE & LEGACY is a science-fantasy role-playing game set on the fantastical world of Empyrea, a vast planet laying in the shadows of a mostly forgotten past. On Empyrea, several distinct species, each hailing from distant stars, now live together, picking through the ruins and technology of lost civilisations.
Players are Free-Lancers: intrepid adventurers, hunters, slayers and explorers determined to unravel the planet’s many mysteries.

Hi Marvin, well that's an interesting idea to put together some sort of mix or compilation... guess it would be hard to chose the tracks :D. But I'll definitely think about this!
Nice idea but this would be hard cuz actually every single track he made is so nice. ^^
