      yes, it looks like he does on more than one occasion figure that out, but still he maintains very calm composure and very respectful nevertheless, which is quite amazing (I'd probably be much more frustrated, I had a player cheat against me once in blitz, we were both fairly low rated but all of the sudden I felt his moves were incredible. I felt so incredibly frustrated, I turned on an engine for a few moves, thinking I'll resign if I end up proving myself wrong and demolishing the "poor" soul. Turns out my computer engine was not fast and good enough for him! I was still being beaten (by a 1100 or maybe 1300 or so; I wasn't more than 1500 maybe)

But this was my point - I just got so frustrated (and didn't know much then) - Eric seems to keep it cool so easily although he likely knows what's going on. Well, I've made this analogy to cheaters and I think it works perfectly here.
      Imagine you're talking to some dude pretending to be a Chemist. Let's assume you're asking a bunch of questions that a layman couldn't answer, like the physical properties of some organic compound.
      Now, let's say the fake Chemist is googling all his answers. The guy is still incredibly dumb, but he has access to a virtually infinite amount of information at his finger tips. So he's gonna say some dumb shit, in spite of also saying some profound shit.

I definitely think someone can spot this move if he thinks about it for a little bit but it's not obvious to just throw your rook right where it can be taken as a decoy.
    Then, as shown, it's just over. If you don't take the rook and let him queen. You get mated quickly anyway.

    • @LFish
      @LFish Рік тому +8

      ... and Nd7 defends the e pawn while attacking the queen but then leads into Qe7, which becomes even more safe while maintaining the paralysis. Black doesn't want to trade but gets kinda forced to it so he can get active again.

      You would think that that move doesn't lead to much and would get kicked away immediately, but it leads to a queen trade. Chessbrah doesn't want to trade because he's down material already. If you just leave the queen where it is on e7, bishop c4 and then f4 seem very strong for white, while black's pieces are cramped. It was shocking bc I thought black's queen was just chillin but instead it is now gone for a losing endgame.

      Either bot, or software/code that overlays the engine moves. Hans clearly used something similar if you watch his videos when he cheated. It wouldn't let him make bad moves. Multiple times he tried to make moves and the piece just didn't move.

      They have a toggle system where they can play manually or it will automatically play top engine move for them, the site hs really good 3rd party detection which is why they got banned so fast

    • @ibmicroapple9142
      @ibmicroapple9142 Рік тому

      The engine moves are capped at a time limit - it looks for the best move up to X milliseconds and then plays it. That might not be the best overall move, but the best it could compute in that timeframe. Also most opening moves are done via table lookups instead of actually calculating, as that is faster and the positions are already well (pre-)calculated - the actual time consuming calculations only take place later in the game which is when they'll either play worse moves or take longer. The engines can also calculate the most likely continuations whilst its the opponents time to move, so that they are prepared when its their turn. Bullet has just as many cheaters as other time formats, trust me.
      It's a bummer really, because bullet was a safe haven from cheaters up until a few years ago, when online chess really took off... :(
