I lost my aunt to uterine cancer last year. She was 65 years old. She suffered so much in her final moments. It ate away at her. I was diagnosed with a uterine cancer too… I hate thinking about that nightmare. It was horrible. I was so scared… I just turned 33, I was so young. I remember asking myself, asking the Universe “Why me?”. I felt alone. Even though I had supportive husband, friends and family surrounding me, but I felt alone... I wanted to talk to someone... To share my feelings, to cry all my inside pain out… I needed someone who could tell me what it’s going to be like… Later, when things settled down a little, when I accepted (not really) that I’m infertile, it was time to move on. Hello, Have you recovered from the cancer now? Wish you a speedy recovery. My mother is also suffering from the same. As part of the procedure total laparoscopic hysterectomy + bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy with sentinel lymph node biopsy + bilateral pelvic lymph node dissection was done for my mother(52 years old). In sentinel lymph node biopsy for the right side One out of three lymph nodes showed metastatic carcinoma. In right pelvic lymph node, 10 nodes were taken and all were negative for micro/macro metastasis. In left pelvis 7 nodes were taken and all were negative for micro/macro metastasis. TNM staging is pt1b n1a. As part of the treatment doctors have suggested for chemotherapy followed by radiation therapy. For chemotherapy carboplatin(600 mg) + Paclitaxel(280 mg) has been asked to give per cycle for 4 cycles followed by radiation therapy. After this treatment, as mentioned by you it will have side effects, but does this increase chance of survival from cancer or recurrence and any chance is there for cure?

The only sign that I had was that after I had my son my periods were different. I had more clotting and I just thought it was because I had a baby. Well, I was wrong and the doctor's were also wrong 4 times. They don't call it the silent killer for nothing. I was really, really lucky.
I was diagnosed 2 years being 17 years old with Stage 1A endometrial cancer, being the youngest person to have this type of cancer and 3 months later, I had my hysterectomy removing my cervix, womb and fallopian tube, but my doctors risked it a bit by keeping my ovaries in my system!
I am very sorry that you are going through this! My sister was diagnosed with uterine cancer two days ago and we are devastated. She is scheduled in ten days for a surgery to remove the uterus, cervix and ovaries. Can you tell me how your treatment is going and do you see improvement?
So sorry to hear this, I'm 36 stage 1c. Ended up having major surgery where my left ovary was removed and any other Endemetriosis to be tested. I got the all clear from that to do emergency IVF before chemotherapy. I have a feeling I'm going to have to have a hysterectomy which is so scary I don't want to think about it. How are you feeling
@@catsNplanets none. I decided when I was 32 years old (2019) to do a body MOT for fertility as I was getting older and I wanted to know where I stood. It was then they discovered I had an issue with the internal scan. That they referred me back to the NHS where they did basic tests and the put me down as having endemetriosis. Even though at 6cm I had no symptoms. They were to monitor me, but because I didn't have pain or irregular bleeding I think they just forgot about me even though I was to be monitored to see how the cyst goes, but it didn't happen, maybe because of COVID or because the hospital was overrun. It was only during COVID when trying to conceive did I have another hospital do the tests, did they see it grew to 10cm (no symptoms) did they say this needs to be removed before IVF and it was only then from the biopsy did they find the cancer.
@@catsNplanets didn't have any symptoms. Had a scan because I was trying to conceive in 2019 and was picked up in the scan I has 'Endemetriosis ' only to discover years later was cancer.
Thank you for informing us of this! Carcinoma in situ is a form of cancer that has progressed. The abnormal cells, which are also referred to as stage 0 cancer, do not penetrate adjacent tissue in the same way that cancer cells do. Certain carcinomas in situ, on the other hand, are usually treated because they have the ability to turn into cancer.

I never had children of my own - even though physically, there is nothing wrong with me! With 49, I have given up hope, but there's so much more than being the biological mother of a child! Lots of children are unwanted - a disgrace! - and being a foster mom or adopting a child, is that really so much different? 💋
There is so much more to this life than just having kids. No doubt Clare will raise the vibrations of love in this world! When my two daughters told me they did not feel they wanted to have kids (in their 30s) I was so relieved! Hi Sorry only just seen this comment, I love the comment you made, I often get that comment made to me, my reply back to them 'adoption is an option not a solution,' I struggle with baby showers as even if I adopt I will never be able to feel or understand pregnancy and giving birth to a child. At the moment I'm still fighting the cancer and unfortunately have been left with side effects so I need to make sure I can come to terms with these before I even think about options like adopting, I think people don't even realise that adopted children have their own issues to deal with which why its not a solution and ahs to be a well though out option so that all involved in these matters are taking into consideration. thanks you for leaving your comment t help people understand the real impacts my cancer has and its not as easy oh well ill just adopt. sending love hugs and smiles clare xxx Keep Smiling :- )
Making children yes is great but, there are children in foster care who need a family! They are unloved because everyone wants there own baby they don’t think of the ones who want us
Im Adopted and I wouldn't trade what I've had with my parents who have past now Adopted children are the chosen ones !!! Just as loved if not more then natural children !
Approximately 40% of cases are related to obesity.[3] Endometrial cancer is also associated with excessive estrogen exposure, high blood pressure and diabetes.[1] Whereas taking estrogen alone increases the risk of endometrial cancer, taking both estrogen and a progestogen in combination, as in most birth control pills, decreases the risk.[1][3] Between two and five percent of cases are related to genes inherited from the parents.[3]
I have really bad side effects to birth control pills so unfortunately I can’t take them. Two days ago my sister was diagnosed with endometrial cancer and we are devastated. I feel like the whole world is collapsing on my head right now.
@@myay8340 There is evidence that eating vegetables, fruits, beans, green tea is protective. Also a daily serving of tofu or soy milk as it blocks estrogen receptors. Avoid processed foods, animal products (saturated fat increases risk), and sugar. Look for "slow" carbs like potato, rice, barley, steel cut oatmeal, etc. Daily exercise like walking is protective as is maintaining normal body weight. Even "healthy" fats increase risk so use sparingly. I spent the 5 weeks since my surgery frantically reviewing the scientific literature about endometrial cancer and other hormone driven cancer. Dr. William Li (Angiogenesis Foundation) has some UA-cam lectures on how to eat to reduce cancer risk. He also wrote a book but you can get the points from his lectures. Also, you are now aware so if you have symptoms you will go to the doctor. So if you do develop symptoms you will go quickly to the doctor.
This terrifies me as my wife 37 years old is suffering from really bad pains throughout her lower back and abdomen and she's been overweight most of her adult life. I worry that we're going to find something like this. I have to be strong for her and just hoping for the best. She needs to live a long life for our daughter. Fingers crossed it'll be alright. My deepest sympathies to all the lives interrupted by this insidious disease.

I am writing this many years later, but you can always adopt a child. many children need a loving home. my grandfather was a step grandfather. I never knew my real grandpa, but he was always my grandpa to me. I knew him since birth. It did not matter that we were related by blood. we were related by love.
Her eggs could have been harvested before the radiotherapy?? she might not have been able to carry them but she could have had a chance at biological children
“Endometrial, what is that!” Exactly the problem! Not enough education on this type and the body for young people and all. Educate to act early. Thank God for UA-cam!

Im so scared this is what i got aftter nearly 47 years of the effects of abuse from childhood i dont think i can take much more an abusive mother an abusive partner i left and now doctors found a solid lesion 2.2 cm in cerxix im so worried and i got 3 more weeks waiting at home to be called while this thing keeps growing i cant understand why dey won't bring me in now i asked them too and was told due to covid i must wait
@@reg8297 they always say covid this covid that stuff covid go in now!!
@@monicacoe4266what were your symptoms?

Why does cancer exist this world .It must be hell what she went through we was brought into this world to be happy n progerate .Right now I'm sitting watching this and I am crying my eyes out
Is there an update on Clare? I hope she is happy and healthy now.

How are you now?
I have been bleeding for 48 days, my endometrium thickness came out to be 12mm on 40th day of bleeding. I live in UK and the gyne team been contacted by my GP. And this is nothing urgent for them. I feel depressed
How are you doing Sarah?
I have the same I'm in UK too.Gp send me first hysteroscopy next week I'm terrified. How you doing?
I hope you survive them all sweet heart
I never had children of my own - even though physically, there is nothing wrong with me! With 49, I have given up hope, but there's so much more than being the biological mother of a child! Lots of children are unwanted - a disgrace! - and being a foster mom or adopting a child, is that really so much different? 💋
There is so much more to this life than just having kids. No doubt Clare will raise the vibrations of love in this world! When my two daughters told me they did not feel they wanted to have kids (in their 30s) I was so relieved! In the USA there's no limits and too many kids are neglected, abused, missing, & murdered by the thousands every year.
@@PhyreReighnmy 3rd daughter doesn't want kids and that's okay with me. She's a great aunt. My other 3 have precious babies so I'm happy but I worry about my girls with stuff like this. Cancer is like the plague 😢
My sister was suffering from Endometriosis it includes symptoms like heavy bleeding and severe pelvic pain etc. She used various medicines got no relief from Endometriosis. Then she heard about Planet Ayurveda. She started to use Female Health Support, Aloe Vitals, Pradrantak Churna, Shatavari Capsules, Boswellia Curcumin of Planet Ayurveda and she got relief from Endometriosis.
Endometriosis is not the same thing as Endometrial cancer, which is what this video is about.
People say that she could just adopt but having your own kids is totally different to adopting someone else’s
Hi Sorry only just seen this comment, I love the comment you made, I often get that comment made to me, my reply back to them 'adoption is an option not a solution,' I struggle with baby showers as even if I adopt I will never be able to feel or understand pregnancy and giving birth to a child. At the moment I'm still fighting the cancer and unfortunately have been left with side effects so I need to make sure I can come to terms with these before I even think about options like adopting, I think people don't even realise that adopted children have their own issues to deal with which why its not a solution and ahs to be a well though out option so that all involved in these matters are taking into consideration. thanks you for leaving your comment t help people understand the real impacts my cancer has and its not as easy oh well ill just adopt. sending love hugs and smiles clare xxx Keep Smiling :-

Making children yes is great but, there are children in foster care who need a family! They are unloved because everyone wants there own baby they don’t think of the ones who want us
As someone who is adopted, I find your comment to be very rude! Shame on you!
Im Adopted and I wouldn't trade what I've had with my parents who have past now Adopted children are the chosen ones !!! Just as loved if not more then natural children !
This comment is a disgrace....absolute rubbish medieval thinking....its superb to adopt in many ways ...shame on you
Approximately 40% of cases are related to obesity.[3] Endometrial cancer is also associated with excessive estrogen exposure, high blood pressure and diabetes.[1] Whereas taking estrogen alone increases the risk of endometrial cancer, taking both estrogen and a progestogen in combination, as in most birth control pills, decreases the risk.[1][3] Between two and five percent of cases are related to genes inherited from the parents.[3]

I was diagnosed this year

@Zeyenna what were/are your symptoms?
@@bubbly912 thank you
@@summerhudson-vocalist1562 my main symptoms included bleeding quite heavily for more than a month and pelvic pain. That was it really.
Heartbreaking. Did she have diabetes or PCOS? There is a link between these conditions and use of Metformin, and endometrial cancer.
I am writing this many years later, but you can always adopt a child. many children need a loving home. my grandfather was a step grandfather. I never knew my real grandpa, but he was always my grandpa to me. I knew him since birth. It did not matter that we were related by blood. we were related by love.
actually the uk adoption system is not that simple, if shes got any risk of continuing to be ill they won't approve her to adopt
Sorry 😔🙌😭❤️🙏
My transvaginal brachytherapy treatments(three) only took about 10 minutes
look I hope you listen to my advice with ganoderma you are cured with the help of God Investigate do not let yourself die
Her eggs could have been harvested before the radiotherapy?? she might not have been able to carry them but she could have had a chance at biological children
It's an arm and a leg in the US
My middle name is Oriel
Sometimes you don't even have time for that, if it's too aggressive.
I think your mindset at that moment would be preoccupied with your own sudden life-or-death situation.
It takes a while to get eggs ready for removal. Months of hormone injections there normally arent months to waste in these situations.
“Endometrial, what is that!” Exactly the problem! Not enough education on this type and the body for young people and all. Educate to act early. Thank God for UA-cam!

Is it possible to have an endometrial cancer even you are still a virgin?
Of course. Only some cervical cancers are linked to sexually-transmitted disease.
Yes, that happened to me.
Yes definitely its o ly hpv type of cervical cancer linked to sexual partners and sperm etc.
96% of cervical cancers are HPV related so a virgin couldn't have the HPV versions of cervical cancer but they could I believe get the other 4% of cancers or they could get uterine cancer because I don't think that related to HPV I don't know everything though about cancer just what I'm currently researching because I'm being tested as I've got all the symptoms unfortunately.
Yes. Endometrial cancer is NOT from sexual relations.

I think a good weight loss diet will help her first. That may be the reason she developed it.
the medications also make you gain weight, but if its genetic its nothing to fo with external, it means those cells are timebombs waiting to go off
