Ring.com Video - Stranger in my Backyard at 4am

Strange Guy comes into my backyard on Saturday at 4am it's 34F outside. I get a Sound Notification, but he left before I could see him and I assumed it was a Cat. I was wrong.

Update: Detectives knocked on my door this morning and are actively investigating that guy. Nothing suprised me more. If you see something, call the police and report it. This guy apparently is a frequent delinquent.
