Building ROLLERS With No Additional Dirt - Mountain Bike Trail Building
Вставка

- In this time-lapse video I build 3 rollers with no additional dirt. The current dirt in the ground is nice and light, a little sandy/clay mix which is perfect for building MTB trail features! The chickens also stopped by a few times to visit - they were pecking around for worms.
Tools I used:
-A rogue hoe to remove sod, move dirt, and pack the rollers
-A rake to shape the rollers

Thanks for watching!
No additional dirt , but plenty of additional chickens.
Look at all those chickens
thanks so much, cant wait to build myself
The second he got that rake out, I could instantly see the shapes of everything taking form. Great video, I'm about to build rollers on our backyard downhill bike trail.
WOW THEY LOOK REALLY FUN
Looking Good
Thanks Jack!

nice
Those are awesome! From one trail builder to another, how often do you need to touch them up?
Never. Just weedeat or weed killer when grass grows up.
Love it, but how did these turn out after a big rain?
Thank you, this was built on top of a hill and the dirt contains a good bit of sand/clay mix. Also the dirt really absorbs the water no problem, so a lot of rain does not affect it at all.
Niceeee
cool 🤙
How tall are they, and what's the distance between the peaks? I'm going to build some rollers soon, this video was very helpful, thanks!
They are about 9ft from peak to peak and were probably about 1 ½ ft tall when I first built them.
