@mobsterchronicles1771 a good interview shouldn't even sound like an interview. It should flow like a smooth conversation. Like I said, the setting was terrible..all the noise in the background you could barely hear yourself think let alone try to talk to someone. Bad setting worse questions. Ric was uncomfortable and prob felt disrespected having to sit thru all that noise. I've left restaurants w my family bc the noise was too loud. Why would you even consider conducting a sit down interview in such a noisy place, is beyond me😄

Rick Flair was a tough interview. Snuff was asking great questions to keep it going, and Rick was giving one word answers. Snuff is good

Def not an easy interview, especially with all of the outside noise and the eating. A lot of distractions + a guy who gives monosyllabic answers makes it really tough.

Joey I respect you and you're absolutely a stand up guy, regardless what's said about you, you do alot of good for others. Was a bit disappointed with what you said about Sonny Franzese. This guy was the oldest federal inmate doing time at almost 100 yrs old. He's as stand up as there ever was. Regardless what you think of his son, Michael is his son, the biggest rats this world could know is a parent who abandons their child regardless their transgressions. Maybe you don't agree with what your children do, maybe it goes against everything you believe but they're your child you always stand by them. You can't denigrate any man for loving their son.

Sonny wanted his other son wacked because of cooperating

I have a funny Joey story. I was about 20-23 years old so it was probably about 2000-2002,2003 ish. I'm horrible at remembering when exactly most things were. LOL
Me and my one Russian Buddy who's Parents were rich and always had several beautiful brand new luxury cars that we always took 1 out with us on the weekends.
So this night we had their month old White Range Rover & were down South Street cruising around & 99% of the time i would drive because i was the far superior driver so that's how it had to be.
I don't remember the exact street or intersection we were at, but, it was within a few streets over from the bottom end of S. Street.
So I'm driving down this street and it was basically empty right there and quiet so as i was coming up slowly to the 2 way stop sign because it was 2 one way streets crossing each other.
Because it was quiet and completely empty and the weather was good so the windows were down which allowed me to hear and notice a car speeding down the street approaching me from my right.
It was, if i remember correctly, a White New Cadillac speeding down this little S. Philly one way street and i could easily tell it wasn't stopping for anything.
So although i had the right away because i was at my stop sign almost before this Caddy made it through the last stop sign back at the previous block.
I said to my Buddy real quick that I'll wait here until this Dude passes, because he ain't slowing down it looks like and he'll smash into us...
He was like yeah good ideahhhhhhhhhh! What????????!!
(((Just as the car did like 50mph on a 20mph street straight through the stop sign never even glanced left at us or touched the breaks)))
As we both yelled out simultaneously,
”What the F? Joey Merlino???!!!!!!" Clear as a bell, we could see it was 99% chance him.
We were like wooosh lol good thing we didn't pull out and he T Bone us. LOL.
So of course we kept talking about it all night. Like what if he did hit us, would he be sorry to us? Because it was obviously his fault? Or would it be you F's were in the way? We settled on, he probably hand us whatever cash he had on him, in his pocket and say, "I apologize & please Gentlemen i was obviously never here.
And we certainly would be like Yes Sir.
We only thought that because it's the type $h!t we've done ourselves. LOL
It was a funny story for days actually in truth. Luckily that didn't become how we met. LOL
