Congrats on the race Matti, even if you didn't have the best legs you perfromed really well. Hope you enjoyed the energy we, the Basque fans, bring. By the way, tap water here in the Basque Country is great, at least for us who live here. Not only it gives no issues to us who are used to drinking it, but it also tastes way better than bottle water

Are you sure it’s a good idea with ‘’pre load’’ salt ? Think I came across a couple of tests & analysis, that not only avoid fiber & fat in the meal evening before but also no salt..! - can’t remember the source, but perhaps it’s was solely marathon oriented (but that’s endurance also…) just a thought, to check out… ;-)
