THANK YOU FOR THIS VIDEO. The same exact thing happened to me with the basket I wish they sent two or three baskets to replace honestly. It is delicious milk, however, the first spin ruined the delicate basket. Even over a year and a half later, this video comforted me. That basket was locked in and I swear.🤣 Appreciate the honest review!
I have one and it’s great sorry you have had problems but it’s great and you know what’s going in your body and you just have to get to know how to use it and know what your doing ! There are sooooo many ways and ideas and way healthy! God bless

You are supposed to use the plastic collection basket to unlock once it’s finished making the milk. I had the same issue with Unlocking the fine mesh strainer and I went on their UA-cam page and watched the video on how to properly unlock the fine mesh strainer by using the plastic collection cup. Also whenever you add all the ingredients in the fine mesh strainer you have to tilt the mesh basket so the blade can get down in the strainer and I also put way more ingredients than you did in my Almond Cow strainer basket. We make a milk called coco-cash which is coconut shreds, cashews, and 3 pitted dates and they all go into the strainer then I tilt it and lock it in. Coco-Cash is the Best plant based milk recipe I have ever tasted…..soooo bomb.
Just got our almond cow. Have some storebought stuff to drink, so won't be using it yet. Just messing around with it, I notice the filter doesn't "click" when locking it. Is that normal? Or is there supposed to be some sort of audible click? Or, are you just supposed to know when it's tight?
I purchased a Chefwave milk maker on HSN with 30% cashback and 15% discounts. After the cashback and discount, it is about $170. The machine So far so good, except it is pretty loud when making milk. You can use to make coffee and nut milks.

You just have to know when it’s tight. There’s no indicator which is a bit frustrating
