His 63 point game 2 performance is more heralded, but I believe his moves in this game were just more outstanding.
Moves at 1:24 and 3:26 are just unreal! Simply amazing with such ease.

It's ridiculous how good MJ was at that age.

MJ's game was more polished in his 2nd year than 95% of the ballers today.

Experts say that 1986 Celtics team might be the best ever. They only lost one game at home that whole season and MJ had 49 points in game one and 63 in game 2.

@westy44cal Thats a great point about MJ's game you are making. Sometimes people forget that when they talk about him. They keep forgetting how he evolved as a player and got better and better.

First game 49 points and second game 63 points. Like I said, back then other teams were better, but no one could stop MJ day one until he left the league.

Mchale said they didnt have a game plan for chicago cause they taught it would easy to sweep them, but they didnt know jordan was that good. Thats why they doubled teamed him the 3rd game

What this announcer fails to comprehend is there was no tiring out of a prime MJ. maybe if they played a 96minute game he might. Whats funny is after Bird gets dunked on at the 4:4o mark. Bird gives a look at Ainge as to say WTF are you doing letting him go baseline like that. MJ at this point in his career was 75% athletic ability, 25% mind. Once he put it all together you see what he accomplished in the following seasons. 87-91 were just Chamberlain numbers.

see this match is why i don't understand why some say that the GOAT has to win, so Mj is better than Lbj because he won.

@utfanatic2000 serious? All I saw were uncontested layups and shots. Number one defense at that time might be one of the worst in this era...sorry, just saying as I see em. I hardly doubt he can score like that against the bulls or heat's defense today.
