It sucks that the radiator broke. As you said, you really did take it easy that day, and it still went out. I get why you feel this way bro. Sometimes this hobby can feel like a punishment.

Sweet. Kiss the Big Bird goodbye. The Gladiator will be more enjoyable once you get some armor on it. If the trail become too easy, it just means you get to come out to BC and do some wicked trails.

If you watch your own video, you will see other TJ's wheeling by and there not broke. Truly it was only a matter of time for the zip ties to break so there is three radiators and a fan gone because of a failure of the fixers not the jeep, same with your hydro locked engine, not the jeep's fault, yours. If you're going to wheel you will find your rigs weak spots and the key is to find a fix that doesn't break and for sure you will find your gladiator's weak spots and I'm betting you don't call that junk when it breaks, and I am betting the fixes will be more expensive. Great video by the way and at least you had fun until you broke.

Depends on your perspective I guess, I've bought vehicles that were headed or the junk yard, rebuilt and upgraded them and driven them 100,000 miles plus and only junked them because the frame or body were rusted beyond repair and on the other side, I've seen people buy brand new vehicles and destroy them in six months and claim they had done nothing wrong the vehicle was just junk to begin with, go figure. Everyone in our jeep club has custom built rigs, CJ's thru JK's and they all get upgraded or modified when they brake so they don't break again, it's the name of the game. And they all break as will your Gladiator, at 74 years old I've never seen one that doesn't break.

Ya do know what Jeep means???? Just. Empty. Every. Pocket. And yes I am on my second Jeep. And I don’t mind fixing. The old yellow bird. There are a lot of the old ones still out there crawling.
