Page's 'hearing' is genius level. the disparate parts of the solo DON'T stand alone but put as a whole - a masterpiece.

It took one hell of an imagination to come up with that solo...

Thanks for this. The solo, at times, is set pretty low in the mix, making it hard to hear (at least for me). This lesson really helped me iron out the kinks. Thanks again, and I'm looking forward to more lessons on great classic songs in the future!

The best version on the whole internet. I think you could do a better job explaining it, but it still has been really helpful. Thanks

It's great to see someone teach the accurate way, but what this lacks so bad is the whole thing played slowly.

Awesome! This is perfect. Guys, you need to listen to the recorded solo to remember how it goes. The point is that he has broken down all the positions so you can see what the harmoney is on this solo. Listen to the song and try to hear the notes. Some day you'll be able to hear it without the video.

This is just too much like hard work! had to go through it and write it down in to phrases. fair play for doing the vid but its a terrible aid to learning the solo

I'm at a loss why there's so much TALKING!!!--just play the phrase slowly so kids can get it. They're smart enough to see what friggin fret / note and string you're playing on--AND Pages phrases didn't all start in the 1…
