For 99% of things i do i prefer safari over chrome especially as i'm on an older MBP where chrome doesn't run as smooth as on the new M1's. The only time I actually use chrome is when i need a full website translated in one of the languages that i speak as the safari website translate feature is not really working well

Thank you for the valuable information,it's a great device .How much I dream of, but it's expensive, as a matter of help , whether you have a used MacBook or an old generation that you want to do without ,I need it and thank you ,and allow me to intrude on you😉
my first time using a Mac, the first thing I searched for was tap to click, because that extra press is just a strange default setting, I was just lost setting up the new Mac without tap to click in those menus, was tapping on those hellos and was wondering if apple will make me watch all the languages before somehow pressing the trackpad out of annoyance lol

instead of moom, I prefer rectangle. Same functionality and free.

Would you recommend getting the £900 2020 MacBook or the £1000 2021 MacBook also how many years do they last :)
I'd say the 2021 MacBook, and I think the 2021 version will last quite a while as its performance is just so high 😌
I think Chrome looks way more cluttered than Safari with it‘s much more minimalistic and translucent interface (especially since the update). Also the scrolling is sooo much smoother in Safari. So why would you use Chrome?
You also don‘t need Moom when you macOS already offers split window view with full screen apps, which are so much more convenient in my opinion.
I think these are all things that you‘re just kind of used to, so you install them. Sometimes it‘s worth it to try new things :)
I just prefer using Chrome, and I prefer how it looks! I also much prefer Moom to snap my windows into place so quickly, and the ability to easily create different configurations 😌

@@RameshKumar-ng3nf Haha! I always tell myself I need to give Safari another chance but I always end up back to Chrome!
I was an ardent Chrome user when I was on Windows, but now since coming to MacOS with my M1 MBA, I find Safari to be very battery efficient, fast, and I enjoy the privacy aspects of it. It's not perfect privacy, but it's much better than Chrome. Sadly, I still need Chrome for Google Meets calls and presentations, so I can't escape the Google web, lol.
