WHAT I EAT IN A WEEKEND VLOG | tampa & st. pete | healthy, gluten-free, dairy-free meals for pcos

hi friends, come along with me for a trip to tampa & st. pete in this vlog sharing what I eat in a weekend! It’s my first time visiting the area and I found amazing restaurants with gluten-free, dairy-free, healthy options. When I travel with PCOS and celiac, I still love to enjoy restaurants and I like to find places in advance so I'm prepared. I found allergy-friendly restaurants in Tampa for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, and dessert! My favorite healthy restaurants we went were Sol (it was 100% gluten-free and sooo delicious) and Coco Love (superfood gluten-free dairy-free ice cream and cones!). We also checked out Sarasota and Siesta Key, the beaches were gorgeous.
