Why Did Israel Build a Wall Around the West Bank?

The separation barrier that divides the West Bank from western Israel, often referred to as the Apartheid Wall, is the source of much debate in both Israeli and Palestinian societies. For some, it serves to protect Israeli citizens. For others, it enforces an unequal system of oppression of Palestinians. And while for many it is simply a visual reminder of the continued failure of the peace process, Israel remains a land of hope.

Because Arafat never really wanted peace...600 millions in his Swiss Bank account wasn't enough...
I remember bombings before the Wall. It has become a necessity. When a non Bibi government happens, Palestine can not be negotiated (there is no partner) but imposed as has been the case with many conflicts.
Neither Jew or Arab will get all they want but this is true with all conflicts. Religion is what makes conflict so explosive. This and poor Palestinian leadership saying no Jew can remain in a Palestinian state which 20% of Israel is Arab. A partner for peace can not demand double standards

Thanks to this wall, the 7th October hamas nazi massacre was not able to happen from the west bank
I think the question has already been answered. Why run in a circle in the conclusion? The wall reduced suicide bombing deaths and the Palestinian leader admitted that it was an obstacle to their actions. It is there for the security
They are many elementary schoolers here, they need an answer....
He is right though - there are huge regions where there is no wall and yet the terrorist attack scale was dramatically reduced.
I think that the main reason there is less terrorist attack is thanks to the cooperation of Palestinian authority that is slowly able to stop terrorist groups and foreign intervention. In the same time more money was focused to aid Hamas in Gaza as it is more convenient to support a terror group that owns the land and controls 2 million of citizens. :(
Why do suicide operations happen?
Why does the Palestinian embarrass himself?
Are you stupid?
This is apartheid and occupation
The resistance and operations will not end no matter how hard Israel tries
The cause ends with the disappearance of its cause
Injustice and apartheid end, and Israel withdraws from the occupied Palestinian territories
Then the resistance will end
Oh my God, how can some people live with their acceptance of injustice and lying to people?
The solution is very easy, but Israel only wants to kill and steal more land
Hold the Israeli officials who committed war crimes against innocent people and children accountable, and the story ends

Simple, sensible answer!
That wall is necessary until Hamas ceases to exist.
The wall around Gaza, but the wall around the Arab occupied parts of Judah and Shomron will stay up until the world stops forcing Israel to "make peace" with the genocidal invaders, and removes the Arab colonizers.
Israel is directly responsible for the creation of Hamas. Hamas was once a peaceful social organization, but decades of Israeli oppression and escalation turned it into a military organization. Go brush up on some history, it doesn't take long.
The West Bank is not controlled by Hamas.
and Hesbollah and on and on. the wall is crucial to the security of Israel
The separation wall is on the West Bank through Jerusalem, not Gaza...

I'm impressed by how balanced this video is, and to see Palestinian voices on the channel. You did a good job on this one. Keep making more.
Well , I think this is exactly why this video is more of a Hollywood-like production trying to find a happy ending rather then facing the true facts of the story.

Article Seven of the Charter concludes with a quotation from a hadith:
The Day of Judgment will not come until Muslims fight the Jews, when the Jew will hide behind stones and trees. The stones and trees will say, 'O Muslim, O servant of God, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him.' Only the Gharkad tree would not do that, because it is one of the trees of the Jews.
Not that balanced. He's calling Palestinians resistance as terror acts.
@SHLOMIYAN the grand mufti of Palestine before it became Israel reminds me of Benjamin natanyahu you see today
Here's another aching question that I don't see explored a lot......why do all of the surrounding Muslim states refuse to accept the Palestinians as citizens? Why is it squarely on the shoulders of Israel to make a space for them? And I'd be interested to hear from the less radical Palestinians why Muslims get to have all these states while Israel is expected to have no state at all?
Part of it is that a lot of the surrounding countries don’t really have the resources necessary to take in the entire palestinian population. The other part is that a lot of those countries believe that it’s Palestinian land, and don’t think it should be Israel’s. Not to mention many Middle Eastern countries have been politically and economically destabilized due to Western intervention and military occupation, so there’s an inherent distrust for the Western countries that Israel is allied to. It’s on the shoulders of Israel because when the British gave away land to the Zionists, they gave away land that had people living on it. The Palestinians didn’t want to leave as they have historical and familial ties to the area, and neither did the Israelis, meaning that they’d have to figure out how to share it. And the reason why there’s so many more Muslim states is because when the Ottoman Empire fell, there were still people living in the areas that used to be under Ottoman control. Those people were primarily Muslim. The Arabs initially wanted one United Arab state, but the British and French had already made secret plans to divide it into several countries. While there were still some Jewish people still in the Middle East, they were an incredibly small minority of the population prior to the kickoff of Zionism. So the British didn’t have a large number to go off of when making a deal for how much land they got, not to mention there were obvious concerns for how the Arabs already living there would react to having their land effectively given away.
Why is it upto other Islamic states to take in refugees just because they belong to the same faith? That's just ridiculous. The Palestinians have an ancient, centuries old claim over parts of the region.
Why should Palestinians be displaced and ethnically cleansed to begin with?
It’s like if I forcefully kick you out of your own house and say: “Here's another aching question that I don't see explored a lot.....why won’t your neighbor accept you as a resident in their house?”
@@kpoptrash6849 Sorry, this is not very politically correct, but it needs to be said... If the surrounding arab countries have done so poorly at having resources, being peaceful, and securing human rights, why would we want yet another country like that. At least Israel has been a productive democracy that ensures its citizens have opportunities and civil rights. That alone makes me want to side with Israel
@@kpoptrash6849 That's a lie. First off,m the surrounding Arab states threw out even more Jews than there were Arabs who left israel in 1947. Each & every family could have had the homes those Jews were forced to leave behind. Secondly, in 1956, the Arab league signed a pledge to never take in the refugees, specifically to be a thorn in Israel's side.

Geez, I can't be the only one that remembers all the bus bombings and other acts of terrorism .... That wall has made a HUGE difference.
Unfortunately since the wall has decreased terrorism so much, few westerners are now aware why it was built, and think it is to maintain an apartheid.
You're not the only one - and how quickly the self-righteous wokesters marching in the West forget.
You aren’t the only one. Media has changed 20 years later. Most media reporters and anchors were in college during all the acts of terrorism.
100 % the wall made life in Israel safer. We had a tremendous reduction in severe Terror attacks.
Then the point is to live in a cage forever... I think it's not right. And what you say is partially correct: because it has decreased the number of casualties in Cisjordany but had increase the feeling to be oppressed and so on. Ant this is the soil of the terror, sadly.
youre an animal. I've lost any minor hope for Israelis. I dont care about you guys at all anymore. Let it rain
Notso - the Palestinians have been bad neighbors. Arafat was offered 97% of what he demanded and turned it down.
After Gazans elected hamas knowing they had blood on their hands and wanting more. After Israel was tired of terrorist attacks, they erected the fence.
From your post, I'm guessing you've never been to Israel. The West Bank is beautiful, and you can see a lot of land. However, how Areas A and B are used or not used, where people live, and what they can do is up to the PA, not Israel.
Jordan has border fences by the West Bank, and Egypt has by Gaza. Are you including theirs as well as Israel's?

The wall was built as a way to stop suicide bombers at a time when buses and cafes (mostly cafes) were being bombed in what was called the "second entifadeh." The argument for it was the wall surrounding Gaza. All traffic had to go through check points that could be monitored. So the Arabs then used rockets to attack Israel (including form Judea and Samaria). Its an eyesore yes, but its made to keep people alive. People can still travel through to get to work. Its unfortunate that the Arabs did not take advantage of the opportunity of Oslo to make peace a possibility. Yes, the failure of the peace process falls on the Arabs. Israel gave up land for peace, they ignored Arab terror throughout the 1990's. It was the Arabs that opened the second entifadeh in 2000, and it was the Arab violence that killed the peace process entirely.
This is plain BS;
- Ariel Sharon and Netanyahu were both against the Oslo Accords and they worked together with Hamas to ensure it is never implemented.
-The Wall helped reduce terrorism but it was applied with other measures including creating the P.A security forces and a peace agreement between Israel and the PLO
- Why should Arabs go through walls and check-points in their own country, maybe if their country wasn't occupied Israel would have nothing to fear.
- There have been no rocket attacks from the West Bank those are just lies you concocted.
- Ariel Sharon began the Second Intifada with his visit to the Al Aqsa mosque.
The Israeli leadership and Hamas are the primary parties responsible for the failure of Oslo.
Progressively defending bantustand style apartheid walls 😘🤪
AS Hamas video shows the Gaza Wall didn't really exist, it was just a tall fence that a front end loader took apart in minutes! A double line of cheap Hesco Bastions with anti-climb mesh would have been potentially cheaper & much more effective!
Arafat did reject the Accords shortly after they were signed due to Israel's refusal to follow through on them. In the end the PA was established & money/arms flowed to them(& the PA has received protection from the Shin Bet & IDF)!
Since then the tenants of the accords with regards to land in the West Bank have been ignored by the Israeli Right Wing Governments. They may have reserved the announcements of new settlements till after one terrorist attack or another & especially big developments after big terrorists attacks but they ignored them!
He forgot to mention that because of the wall and special roads only Israelis can use, they can drive around the West Bank without having to drive thru or see Palestinian towns.
Most bypass roads the Arabs in Judea and Samaria use along with Israelis. They make the path longer but the Israelis can avoid from enter ing Palesitinian Authority controlled cities (which would risk their lives.) The separation wall was to make it harder for suicide bombers to endure Israel. The roads are open. @@MrChopsticktech

@that_semite This isn't your best video by any means. There are some glaring omissions. Such as Jews literally couldn't safely live anywhere else in the world - between expulsions, pogroms, Holocaust, literally no where to go - hence the necessity to RE-establish Israel. It doesn't mention that Jews have had a *continued* presence in Israel for thousands of years, well before the advent of Islam. It failed to mention that even inside of Israel, which colonizers had renamed Palestine, Jews weren't safe. They were regularly massacred by Christians and Muslims. It wasn't all fun and peace until 1948 after the War of Independence. You didn't mention that the Brits brought in and encouraged mass Arab immigration to British Mandate Palestine and that they can get citizenship within 2 years. They are colonizers. The Arabs don't like that it takes 2 hours to make a 30 minute trip? Oh well, tell your brothers not to knife people or blow them up. Why do you feel sorry for them? They had the ability to make it better. They have billions in aide to make it better. They choose not to. And all they had to do was live in peace. Literally that's it. You didn't mention that Jews STILL can't travel to parts of their own country and visit holy sites in Judea & Samarea. Or that Jews there are still daily targets. Or that Palestinians still make land grabs via agriculture. Or that they can't sell to Jews without being killed.
> In the early 1980s, US President Ronald Reagan decided to allow refugees of the Soviet regime to immigrate to the United States, an offer greeted with overwhelming demand. In response, the Israeli government exerted pressure to have the gates of immigration to the United States blocked by all possible means. Because the immigrants continued to insist on the United States, and not the Middle East, as their preferred destination, Israel collaborated with Romanian ruler Nicolae Ceauşescu to limit their ability to choose. In return for payoffs to Ceauşescu’s Securitate and the corrupt Communist regime in Hungary, more than one million Soviet immigrants were routed to their “national state,” a destination they had not chosen and in which they did not want to live.
It is true. Just look the Ramala massacre of 2000 and you will see why Jews have to stay far from the west bank
I really appreciate that this is seemingly non-biased. I am an outsider and only know what I know about this conflict from the news and UA-cam.
I blame the problem on extremists on both sides. People use history to justify taking others land, and people use past injustice to justify direct attack on the innocent. I think a wall can only be a temporary solution. The two people has to learn to accept each other.
Israel never took land forcefully until they acquired land as a result of a Defensive War.
Also consider that more than half of "Palestinians" are foreign Egyptians.
I blame the side that has spent 75 years building and maintaining an oppressive ethnostate.
there are nutcases and peace mongers on both sides. most people just seem to get swept up in the times.

Youre right, but thats not what happened in this situation. There have been jews on that land since the beginning of recorded history. The returning jews didnt steal land. They bought land. And built up the land. Which caused arabs from other countries to relocate there, as well, seeking better living conditions. The jews have no problem living side by side woth people of different ethnicities and religions. The same cannot be said for jihadists who continupusly attacked jews. This caused a civil war. Arab leaders advised their people to get out and wait for the jews to be annihilated, and then return. Some arabs left, some didnt. The jews won the war. A democratic govt was established. The arabs refused a dual state and every other attempt at peace. One cannot make peace unless both parties are seeking peace. This is not only the effect of a civilnwar which they started, but the effect of a death cult, which is what their ideaological system is, a death cult nothing more nothing less.

Not true terrorist organizations Haganah, Lehi and Irgun had been smuggling weapons into Palestine since the 20’s they had planed to establish the state of Israel and get rid of the Arabs that’s why they were ready and equipt to fight in 1948. The people that came bare feet all of a sudden were equipt. C’mon
In 1948 after Israel declared independence (end of british rule), Jordan army crossed the Jordan river into Judea & Samaria (known as the west bank by MSM) and east Jerusalem. The Jordan army killed or drove away the Jewish people. The Jordan army then destroyed Jewish property or took it over. Jordan then encouraged Jordanian settlement in the occupied land. Jewish property not destroyed became occupied by Jordanians. After the Israeli victory in 1967 and Jordanian disillusionment with their expansion effort (1988), Jordan revoked the Jordanian citizenship of "palestinians" in Judea & Samaria (known as the west bank by MSM) and east Jerusalem. For the most part "palestinians" are leftover Jordanian colonist (Gaza residents more closely tied to Egypt). The homeland of the majority of "palestinians" is Jordan.
Youre right. But Spain is an actual country. Palestine could have been, at least 7 times but refused.
This is biased. It’s interesting. In Israel, there are loads of Arabs living happy lives, and yet in Palestinian areas they say not a single Jew will be allowed under their rule. It’s a very clear indicator of just where the intolerance lies. It’s all about religion. And it’s really sad tbh.
Not single j.. allowed under their rule? Common who would want to cross 700 military checkpoints in the west bank when they can easily take their home.

And the last time a unifying Caliphate was established, it resulted in "jenaside". See the difference?
Judah and Samaria belonged to the Ottoman Turks who ceded it to the League of Nations in 1920. The League handed it to the British for the purpose of establishing a Jewish State (The British Mandate for Palestine). The United Nations honored the League's authority and declared the State of Israel. Immediately, Jordan invaded it and illegally occupied it for the next 19 years until it was liberated by the Israelis in 1967. The Arabs didn't need to have a state as long as the land was controlled by Arabs. Only when the Jews had it did they start demanding a state and at the same time declaring themselves to be Palestinian. Something they had not done before. So their claims both to the land and to the Palestinian identity are bogus. Really, they are following their religion, which says that Muslims and Sharia Law should rule the world. Israel is a big wrinkle in their plans of domination. Israel just wants to exist in peace. The Arabs want to destroy Israel. who is more at fault?
The names Judea and Samaria are Hebrew not Turkish or 'Arabic.' So no, Judea and Samaria never belonged to any foreign entity other than Jews. Before the Ottoman's showed up 👉🏾 the Romans were the colonial rule in Israel. Guess what? The Romans didn't fight Arabs or Turks - they fought against Jews. You can see the history in the Arch of Titus in Rome. Get your facts right.
The UN plan called for 2 states one Jewish & one Arab . The Arab state was assigned the west bank , western galilee , Jaffa & Gaza while the Jewish sate got the central coastal strip , eastern galilee & the Negev with Jerusalem to become an international enclave run by the UN itself . Weather or not the Palestinian Arab people called them selves by what ever name they were & are a people today who have national rights in the land that most of there ancestors came from . Some are from Circassia , Algeria & Egypt . Today most Israeli Jews are of middle eastern decent being expelled from Arab states but it is only a minority that is of Palestinian Jewish decent , with only one town Pekin that has had an unbroken continuous Jewish presence from the times of old Rome . The latest terror assault against innocent Israelis is disgusting & I will never what about this issue . When the war is over & hamas has been driven from power & sent into martyrdom a new reality will need to account for the national rights of Palestinian Arabs , other wise there will be no end .

Here's a list of foreign occupiers of the Jewish Homeland, including major Jewish uprisings:
1. *Neo-Assyrian Empire (722 BCE):* Conquered the Kingdom of Israel.
2. *Neo-Babylonian Empire (586 BCE):* Captured Jerusalem in 586 BCE, leading to the Babylonian Exile.
3. *Persian Empire (Achaemenid Dynasty) (6th century BCE):* Under Cyrus the Great, allowed Jews to return to their homeland and rebuild the Temple in the 6th century BCE.
4. *Hellenistic Period (Seleucid Empire) (Late 4th century BCE) and Maccabean Revolt (2nd century BCE):* Alexander the Great's conquests led to the establishment of the Seleucid Empire. The region came under Seleucid control after his death.
The Jewish uprising against the Seleucid Empire, led by the Maccabees (Hasmonean family), resulted in the establishment of the Hasmonean dynasty in the 2nd century BCE.
5. *Roman Empire (63 BCE):* Conquered the region in 63 BCE under Pompey. Notable uprisings include the Jewish-Roman Wars, including the Great Jewish Revolt (66-73 CE) and the Bar Kokhba Revolt (132-136 CE).
6. *Byzantine Empire (4th century):* Following the division of the Roman Empire, the Eastern Roman Empire (Byzantine Empire) continued to control the region until the Islamic conquest.
7. *Rashidun Caliphate (Islamic Conquest in 7th century):* The Arab Muslims under the Rashidun Caliphate, particularly Caliph Umar ibn al-Khattab, conquered the region in the 7th century.
8. *Crusader States (11th-13th century):* During the medieval period, European Crusaders established states in the region.
9. *Ayyubid Dynasty (1187):* Salah ad-Din (Saladin) recaptured Jerusalem from the Crusaders in 1187.
10. *Mamluk Sultanate (13th-16th century):* The Mamluks, a slave soldier dynasty, ruled the region from the 13th to the 16th century.
11. *Ottoman Empire (16th century-End of World War I):* Conquered the region in the 16th century and ruled until the end of World War I.
12. *British Mandate (Post World War I):* After World War I, the League of Nations granted Britain the mandate to govern Palestine (including modern-day Israel) until 1948. The Jewish population in Palestine experienced tensions and conflicts with the British authorities. Notable events include the Arab-Jewish conflicts and Jewish paramilitary activities.
The Ottomans did not cede it, they lost it to the British in 1917.

Imagine if African-Americans decided to claim lands in Africa, if Asian-Americans returned to Asia or even Caucasian Americans returned to Europe in multiple waves of thousands to millions anywhere claiming what’s basically eminent domain with military support to gentrify any community. The sheer quantity of refugees flooding the region since the end of WW2 was the natural source of the contention, and the trend grew into the go-to easy no brainer way when all other nations would vehemently rewrite their migrant’s laws to block any new wave. Under such global restrictions, with leaders who’d follow up with more provisions to let more refugees to invade the area, guess what? Natural procreation would be the only way to legitimize their presence. It’s very important to separate religion from government mandates, and also to listen carefully to what others are saying about the living nightmare for the hosts in their own homes. She said it best "….you are stealing my house…" to which he replied if not him someone else will. This implication tells us he didn’t even challenge the choice of the word "stealing." Where on Earth can anyone claim any rights to property forgone thousands of years earlier? There’s no rationale to this.
They went back, established a country, and actually made a thriving metropolis from all that desert. Then it grew. The 'Palestinains' who are there were mainly just settlers from the British era who came to work for them from Eqypt and Jordan. No one had a 'set piece of land' anywhere in the region. As for African-Americans.... oh dear... go check out Liberia and see how slaves returned home to simply enslave the people living there. Kind of a 'thing' that happens all over the world.
@@kempkennedy3542 Liberia was an experiment, now the other idea floating around is reparation. Why were they not armed?
I didn´t know they killed Rabin because he wanted peace, That means there are extremists in both sides. The problem is that Israel has an army, so Palestinians are not going to win this, and when you realize that you are not going to win, you need to negotiate a good deal. The US stole half of Mexico. Did we commit suicide bombs to resist the invasion? Not at all. We fought until the end, and accepted defeat. Now the South West is mostly Mexican again, but we want to be both Mexican and American. We like this country; there is less corruption and more rule of law. It´s a win-win for everyone. The US needed our labor, and we needed better wages. Now we are part of this country, respect its laws, share its values, we have fought in all its wars, and receive more decorations than any other ethnicity in proportion to our numbers.

Israel has the right to decide which people can emigrate to there.
In an interview with the Dutch newspaper "Dagblad de Verdieping Trouw", March 31, 1977, PLO executive committee member Zahir Muhsein stated: "The Palestinian people does not exist. The creation of a Palestinian state is only a means for continuing our struggle against the state of Israel. Only for political and tactical reasons do we speak today about the existence of a Palestinian people.”
Walid Shoebat, a former Fatah activist claims that everyone he met in Palestine "knew to trace the roots of their families to the country from which their great-grandfathers came." He stated: "We knew full well that our origin was not Canaanite, despite what they tried to teach us," he said. "My grandfather would often remind us that our village, Beit Sahour, near Bethlehem, was empty when his father arrived there with six other families. Today, there are over 30,000 residents in the village."
RE the thumbnail title of your film here, it is not a case of either or, they are both true.
Please make a video from the beginning to now what happened in Israel and Palestine. Because many people don't know the real story
I think we just found out why Israel built this wall!
A fair summary. We can go back 75 years into the past and debate who killed whom first, or keep living in unrealistic dreams...
The facts are that over the years Israel was able to reach peace with some of its neighboring countries (Egypt, Jordan and recently others with the Abraham accords), and made multiple attempts for peace with Palestinians. Those attempts were rejected by Yasser Arafat and later by Mahmoud Abbas, and answered with increased violence from their militaristic-terrorist factions, as this video rightfully depicts.
In 2005 - Israel completely disengaged from Gaza after forcibly dismantling the Jewish settlements there...Instead of making Gaza into a sea beach paradise, its people elected Hamas, and we all know what that led to....
The truth is that the tragedy of the Palestinian people continues but it's not due to Israel, but due to the Palestinian leadership, Iran regional interests, Islamic militaristic radicals and the neighboring Arab nations that benefited for decades from the ongoing conflict by keeping the Palestinian people as victims, and by that - drawing attention from the corruption and failures in their own countries, by pointing at the "great evil - Israel".
israel did not give palestinian the land they said they were going to give after the agreement and instead made cages around them and seperated them
and to add insult to injury they are following an apartheid state judge system
every time an innocent civilian get killed by the israelis they say it's an accident and will look into it then dismiss it
but if a palestinian kills an israel they send a squad to his home and punish his whole family without looking if it was in self-defense or even an accident
the jews in israel became the very thing they hated the most they became nazi's
Spot on
it might not have been as simple as becoming a 'sea beach paradise'. Jewish settlements are supported by US dollars, which is why they usually look better. After exiting Gaza in 2006, an economic/security blockade to prevent any suspicious products was imposed on Gaza by both Egypt and Israel. I don't know the extent of this blockade but any red tape imposed on an economy means lost productivity. I'm not excusing their poor choices and mismangament of resources, but not convinced economic prosperity is possible under severe economic blockade conditions
@@johnblack6819 it is a security border just like all countries have. The only thing different is that all the millions of dollars intended for the Palestenian people has been used by Hamas to build weapons and missiles fired into Israel on a daily basis for years ever since 2006 disengagement , therefore there must be supervision as to what goes in. Up until recent events Palestenians from Gaza with work permits were allowed to enter Israel and earn a salary. Instead of building infrastructure, schools building their economy they are focused on using all international funds to annhilate Israel. The americas belonged to the native american! There are so many white european countries! Why should europeans control australia and the americas
From the book "The Ethnic Cleansing of Palestine" by Israeli historian Ilan Pappé:
“To bring their project to fruition, the Zionist thinkers claimed the biblical territory and recreated, indeed reinvented, it as the cradle of their new nationalist movement. As they saw it, Palestine was occupied by 'strangers' and had to be repossessed. 'Strangers' here meant everyone not Jewish who had been living in Palestine since the Roman period. In fact, for many Zionists Palestine was not even an 'occupied' land when they first arrived there in 1882, but rather an 'empty' one: the native Palestinians who lived there were largely invisible to them or, if not, were part of nature's hardship and as such were to be conquered and removed. Nothing, neither rocks nor Palestinians, was to stand in the way of the national 'redemption' of the land the Zionist movement coveted.”
@@neoesm Yeah, these sorts of insane lies are why no one takes Pappe seriously as anything, much less a "historian".
Why ado we keep conflating religion with politics? The Palestinians need a state because they have been ethically cleansed and under occupation. Simple.
Zionists don’t want that because they want to force ethno-religious supremacy, hence the Apartheid.
"The land we share." Great aspiration.
Good presentation. Interesting
It depends on which authority you consult. I feel sorry for the Palestinians having to go through checkpoints, but I can understand why Israel has the wall and the checkpoints.
So do Jewish immigrants deserve to be killed?
Why do you feel sorry for the Falestinians? They live on stolen land, and find gainful employment from the people they stole the land from.
Agreed it literally made a difference. Besides, Palestinians do not comprehend the purpose of the Wall, and most even supports the death of Israel...
The only problem with the walls and the checkpoints is that they are built on Arab lands. If you really want to be safe you could stay within your own borders.
@@michaelotieno6524 So, should the European Khazar immigrants return to their lands in Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus, or should the Rothschild family in Britain prevent this?
We need this wall on our southern US border
2 month later dosent seem to be a bad thing to have a wall with neighbors like this
I wouldn't want to live there on either side of the wall
I hope it would no more war is this world in the future
MAYBE WHEN ALIANS COME AGAINST THIS WORLD
It's weird how walls work over there. But here in America the TV says walls don't work. We've been building them for thousands of years for no reason because they don't work.
Walls alone don't work. People can simply go over, through or under. That's why Israel invests a lot in electronic surveillance and guards too.
There were big holes in the fense for years, the Palestinian side even added a bus route to the biggest hole, so Palestinians could come and go to work as they pleased. Israeli security services ignored it, the idea apparently being that it would encourage peace.
They were wrong.
Yep... Can't trust terrorist-breeders.
For the reasons as to why a wall was built around Jerusalem during the Second Temple period
Wow! Balance! Great report
