Hello i have a epson 8550 printer and im doing sublimation.. and the black ink keeps smudging on the picture.. i have cleaned and cleaned it... using the paper towel method, cleaning the ink pad, nozzle, head and changing some printing setting.. my pictures are still coming out smudging .. can you please help me..
